Do you feel like you stay the same no matter how much you want to change? Does the change ever actually happen?
I have an 8h stellium, scorpio rising, and 1h Pluto. I feel like my life shouldn’t feel like it’s been years of the same thing. I literally crave change so desperately but feel like no matter what I’m in the same place. I am a 8h Saturn as well and am curious on the experience of others with this placement. I am currently living in my childhood home and will be here until I can save enough to move out. Every day I feel anxious, overwhelmed, and TENSE. The energy in our home, and sometimes between us, is heavy and a constant struggle. It seems like all of our nervous systems are shot, but especially my parents. There’s constant fighting, unhealthy coping mechanisms, repressing emotions, and then the cycle just repeats the next day.
I really want to see the energies improve. It’s a lot for us all to be living in a small space, we have stress about money and health— if one person gets triggered, it spreads like wild fire. Never fully cleared, just buried. I know we all are striving for peace deep down. My thought is that some energy work can support us all.
I currently try to have windows open daily and am going to start being more consistent with incense.
I would like to keep selenite around the house (thoughts on this?). I’ve heard it’s good for cleansing. Any other crystal recs are highly appreciated.
I’ve also considered sound clearing (bells or clapping) but I am wondering if that will reignite dormant, heavy energy rather than clear it? I guess it needs to come up in order to get out though.
