Pleurothallis species id

Got this labeled as Pleurothallis Praecipua. Now that is has flowered I’m thinking it’s something else.

Edit it might be an anathallis, still don’t know full name tho.

Hormonal moles that bleed

TLDR: anyone get moles that turn into boils the rupture during their cycle? Or just me.

Any one experience pin sized moles on their nose that when menstruation happens they turn into a boil and rupture at the slightest touch?
The small area then bleeds profusely. It eventually heals and then will happen again next cycle, or a few later, occurring in the same exact spot.

Any one else or just me?

Bit of extra info. I’ve had three spots that happened on so far in my life. Each spot eventually stopped turning into a boil and then a new one formed about an inch away. The first spot lasted for decades. Then the second for a few years, and now I’m on this third one.

A dermatologist looked at the spots and said they were normal surface moles that are often sensitive to bleeding. BUT I can pick the shit out of the spot if I’m not on my cycle and nothing happens. Then day one of heavy bleeding I barely touch the thing and it explodes.

It’s not very painful, the amount of blood is frustrating, and I really would like to know if I’m alone in this occurrence. 😅

What is under this? 2025

Edit: thank you all 🙂

2025 it’s on the rear hatch. Anyone know what’s under this square cover. This looks like there could be a loop under the cover but I don’t want to open it and Rick breaking the cover.
I’m looking for a loop to tie my hatch with a bungee when transporting things longer than the cab space.
