Had a fb marketplace deal in motion where my offer of $350 was accepted this past Saturday (I love doing Friday night wheeling and dealing). I still went through with it because I personally thought it was a sick deal, but with monday's "grab bag" PKC drops it made me wonder if AH might get a reprint on the Pokemon Center etbs with the imminent production capacity increase. Or what historical precedent has been established with PKC etbs for special sets i.e. one shot to get or down the line there's another wave?

FB Marketplace, they were selling these two for $95 (TM, $108 tcgp) & $110 (SS, $134 tcgp) + Stellar Crown for $125 (!!) so I sent a cash offer for $300 since they weren't too far from me. Sadly SC was bought already or they would have accepted. But I offered $175 for TM/SS then accepted their counter of $180 (74% of tcgp).

I think TM is underrated and I also love the box art, making this a mid term hold. It rotates out but definitely won't see any reprints and I think eventually it will have its pump time. If not I got it for ~$83.41, I can be happy with that. Not everything will 10x.

Surging Sparks is an etb I don't have from S&V. I missed their time window when they were available I guess bc I have only seen booster packs/bundles/boxes in the wild and for sale on fbmp. Figured I would grab it more for my pc for now but ya never know. Cost: ~$96.59.

Question: Are there any non S or A tier sets you are open to snagging if you get a good enough price?

Have not seen this 3pc Crown Zenith collection in a long time on fb marketplace. It was listed for $430 and I saw the sell had some other things I wanted (Lost Origin $275, Brilliant Stars $165, Astral Radiance $150 & Silver Tempest $175) so I made a bundle offer of $900 and we settled on $920. MP of ~$1200. So got everything ~25% off.

Latios & Latias EX collection & 2 Charizard Paldean Fates tins bundled for $420. This was a better deal in my head I swore the tins were $200 on tcgp not $175. Oh well. Meet up was 5 minutes away so real quick and easy.

Black Bolt / White Flame premium collection 2x$100. I think these were listed for $120, but I offered $200 cash and could pick up in 30 minutes. It worked that was pretty cool. I think they are going for $170ish now.

Phantasmal Flames booster bundles 7x$45 $315 total. I had messaged him like two months ago when he was selling a few cases and he hadnt responded until like 3 weeks ago. Said he was down to the 7 from opening his last case after taking a lot of profit and master setted it. Was a 45 minute drive to get there but all highway so not bad.

I've also within the past few days been picking up Chinese Gem boxes & 151 booster boxes on the sorta cheap. Not totally convinced but Chinese products have their merit: getting exclusives, high quality production, gigantic market, relatively low production vs America/Japan). I want to do more research before making a separate post.

WHYYYY

Noticed even though the background was different in both videos they posted, you could hear the same Metallica song playing in the background. Both crispy with no rips/tears/dents and came with the protective soft cases. I picked them up 30 mins from me in a different part of the Philly burbs that I live in.

Ok so I genuinely don't know if these are open-faced tacos or tostadas I'm going with tacos because I ended up folding them to eat them anyway, so. Starting with street tortillas and I'm layering on classic hummus first, then spicy Abbruzze cheese spread, and then fresh mozzarella pearls that I literally just rolled around in the leftover cooked chicken rub sitting on my cutting board. Don't skip that part.

Hit everything with a drizzle of wing sauce and into the air fryer they go. Just until it's all melted and bubbly and the edges are getting that little toast on them.

While that's happening I ran to McDonald's down the street. I needed a drink, got the $1.89 large Coke, and then I don't know what came over me but I also grabbed a large fry for $2 because...why not, then hmmm fries on top. Let's roll with it. Unrelated: got a strawberry pie too.

Back home, I've got sliced chicken breast I seasoned with red jalapeño garlic shake, and I just tossed it right in the juices that were still on the cutting board. Layered that onto the cheese base, piled the fries on, back into the air fryer for one more round to crisp everything up together.

Finish with pickled red cabbage, spicy microgreens, squeeze of fresh lemon. It's chaotic, it makes no sense on paper, but the crunch situation was absolutely unreal.

I only started getting into collecting sealed again 2 or 3 months ago, but this has been my favorite Target. Such a beautiful exterior that's holding some really underrated cards. Picked this up for $80 today to join the 3 I have lowering avg buy to $92.

Couldnt find any reviews or what kinds of guns were used.
