Missed on CT scan

I had a CT scan without contrast done for lower back and pelvic pain. The results came back as "normal" but they noted that there was evidence of bowel obstruction. I have not had any symptoms of a bowel obstruction with everything in that regard being pretty normal. My only symptoms are the lower back and pelvic pain and mild bloating.

Has anyone had a CT scan where everything looks normal and they then get a diagnosis later?

Worn Wear Torrentshell

Contemplating buying a Worn Wear Torrentshell, but it is from 2016 and I know that is before they started making them 3 layer. Does anyone have a Torrentshell from this era or could compare it to the newer design? How has it held up?

Thoughts on Gnara/SheFly Pants?

Found a brand new pair for $80 and was wondering if anyone had tried them and found them to be worth it, and if they hold up. Normally they are $150.

Pstyle Advice?

Contemplating getting a Pstyle as I have heard a lot of good things about it compared to other brands, has anyone had success using it with higher waisted hiking pants?

Patagonia Torrentshell/Granite Crest Sizing

I found both a Granite Crest size XS, and a Torrentshell size S in good used condition on a resale website and trying to decide which would be the more comfortable fit. I am 5'5" with a 33" chest, 27" waist and 36" hips and am unsure if both of these jackets fit more roomy. Any insight appreciated!

What type of ant am I dealing with?

Noticed these small ants last week in the house. Put Terro traps down and now it looks like they are bringing wood debris and placing it on top of the Terro Mixture?

Neighbor doesn't stop screaming

Have a neighbor who must have some kind of

Tourettes syndrome. When he is outside it is a nonstop assault of noises....howling, barking like a dog, screaming out, yelling profanities, spitting constantly, compulsive revving of his car's engine, all extremely loudly in the backyard, and he is outside ALL THE TIME. We can hear it inside our house daily. I understand the nature of tourettes and have sympathy, but I also feel like I deserve enjoyment of my home.

We haven't said anything to the neighbors about it, but this is going on a year of constant noise whenever he is outside. He seems like a nice enough guy, but seems to have no situational awareness that his noises are disturbing to the neighbors or maybe doesn't care. I don't want to offend anyone but we are at our wits end with the noise. How should I go about this tactfully?

EDITED TO ADD: Just learned from another neighbor that he does have tourettes.
