How to get rid of these lines?

Hi all,

I use printers to print colored documents. I’ve had a HP printer that printed these documents well for a bit and then started getting these strange lines, so I thought it was broken and bought an upgraded HP printer. When I bought that new one, straight out of the box, these strange lines were appearing again. New ink and everything. So I decided it was just a HP printer problem and decided to switch over to a canon printer (Canon g6000series)

NOW I just printed a document for the first time and THE. LINES. ARE. STILL. THERE.

I genuinely am so disappointed. I just saved up money for this printer and now it feels completely unusable :/ it’s literally brand new, new ink, everything. Somebody please help

First freelance client ever- did I charge a fair rate?

Hey everyone, I’m a fresh grad doing multimedia animation freelance. I just landed my first real client: a media company working on a campaign for a BIG company. I quoted $120/second of finished animation.

Is that a reasonable rate for a brand level project, or did I leave money on the table? Would love to know what you guys typically charge for commercial work at my experience level.

I feel lots of anxiety abt this considering I did already quote them 🫣

Do you get notified when someone adds your playlist?

I saw someone on here ask this once, but the answer still seemed pretty ambiguous. So, do you get notified when someone adds your playlist?

Old friend of mine has a fire playlist. Don’t wanna seem like a weirdo for stalking her (even though I totally was) LEMME KNOW! thanks x

if an ex you ended on good terms with reached out years later, what would make you not respond?

I (22F) recently reached out to my ex boyfriend, who I dated during my senior year of high school. We ended things on good terms and stayed friends for a while afterward, but eventually just fizzled out around my sophomore year of college.

A few days ago, I texted him just to see how he’s been doing. He was an important person in my life and even though it’s been years, I’ve always genuinely cared about him and hoped he was doing well. I’m also moving soon, and I think part of me wanted to reconnect with people who were meaningful during that chapter of my life.

The problem is that he never responded…. After five days, I sent a a silly follow up message… and still nothing.

I’ll admit this has hurt more than I expected. I wasn’t reaching out with any hidden agenda or trying to get back together. It’s been years. I was honestly just hoping to catch up. Being completely ignored has left me feeling surprisingly sad and definitely a little embarrassed.
I don’t know if I’m upset because I miss having him in my life in some capacity or if this is just my ego taking a hit from being ignored.

How did you interpret the silence?

Help me find a ring

Hi all. I went to Spain a few years ago and found this absolutely gem of a ring. Unfortunately, I have lost it and dream of her everyday 😢

I do not have the store name, and when I googled reversed the image similar styles showed up, but nothing the exact same. I fear this might have been a 1/1 ring but I still thought I would try my absolute best to find it again. Please help!
