if i want to make the game easier and not die all the time does anyone have any tips?

like should i delete some mods or just give up? because on one hand i find it really cool that it's more realistic but on the other hand there is so much stuff that can kill me.

why do i feel so close yet so far,will it even help me?) how do you let go of something despite the fact you want to cling on to something even if you know you have no choice but too,since things can'ty go back to how they were.-a selfish person i am i guess,is this even the correct course of action?
