MachE is gone. It did its job.

I had an accident today and I am pretty sure she's totaled. A Tesla driver decided to run a left-hand turn red light in front of me. The car crumpled and kept me safe. Just a sore neck from whiplash. Now I need to find my next MachE. Any deals in SoCal?

Flightmare! Munich-CLT-SNA

My wife and I are flying back from Munich today in business class. The flight was delayed initially by 1 hour due to crew issues. We finally boarded about an hour and a half late. Once we boarded we were alerted to a mechanical issue that they just found. This tacked another 30 minutes or so on. We finally took off at 11:13 AM vs an original time of 9:10 AM. We landed at 3:15 vs 1:05 in Charlotte. My leisurely 3 hour layover for my 4:10 flight to SNA was now much shorter. After we landed we had to wait for our checked bags which finally came out at 3:50. I sent my wife ahead to the flight to SNA. She made it and I didn’t. I’m flying into LAX, in economy and not first class like booked, and getting there an hour and fifteen minutes later with an hour and a half Uber home that’ll cost me $120 or so. Any ideas on how to approach this to be properly compensated? I’m pretty upset that I didn’t get to finish my anniversary trip with my wife. These business class tickets aren’t cheap and I feel like I got taken.

Aegean Airlines vs. Volotea

I'm planning a one way flight for two from Athens to Split in mid-August. Aegean and Volotea fly at about the same time. The price difference is pretty big. Volotea is offering a ticket price with their Megavolotea Plus subscription (159 euros 15-day free trial) for 123.34 Euros total for two. Aegean is 344.44 for the ComfortFlex for two which has the same options, carry-on bag, underseat bag. We will also need to check a bag but the price difference for that is negligible. It seems to be a better deal to go with Volotea especially if I am able to cancel the trial before 15 days are up. Any thoughts or experiences to help me make my choice?
