Steam digital keyboard no longer appearing in game it previously did

I'm not sure what has changed recently but I opened my Bazzite machine in a game I regularly play with an controller. I specifically use Bazzite since it recognizes this games text box fields when I press A using any controller. It makes it very console like.

Today it seemingly doesn't recognize these text boxes anymore and now I have to use a physical keyboard.

Was some sort of update done to this?

The keyboard works in steam for search bars just not inside of any games. I've already troubleshooted by uninstalling decky and other plugins and have had no success in bringing it back.

What can I do?

Not rage bait I'd rather fight Steve Kazuya and Min Min than fight a single Falco or Luigi.

It's so much easier to get an idea of what I can do to fight these characters vs characters like Falco and Luigi who may be worse but are more well rounded imo.

What I like about these three are this:

- Kazuya just don't get hit. It's exciting and it goes fast.

- Steve nonsense occurs. Really unique gameplan that even if it's hard to beat it's more interesting of a puzzle to find a way to win. Frustrating but very fun and satisfying to beat.

- Min Min similar to Steve and Kazuya with the added bonus of you get rewarded for good movement and edge guards. Feels so satisfying to hit a min min when they are trying to recover or escape me.

What I hate vs Luigi and Falco

- Luigi down B. Why does it do this. Why does it also have a grab combo. Why is his grab also a projectile. His Zero to deaths have less counterplay than kazuyas (change my mind). His neutral is more annoying than any block Steve can place and even worse there's never anything new it's just the same stuff every stock.

- Falco what can't I say about this evil monster. The playerbase of this character might be the most entitled of all time. They play vs a zoner character and spam reflector, spam Lazer, and camp like their dog will be killed the moment they run forward. Then once you finally get through their zoning they just spam up tilt and do the same ABC 123 combo killing off the top with up air or off the side with Bair. So fun.

I'd much rather play a million of the top tiers in this game than fight even a single high mid or low tier.

Hi all. Doing a research video for fighting games and wanted to hear some opinions on what the fastest and slowest matchups are in this game.

- looking for matches that consistently use most or all of the round timer & often go to the final round each game in a set.

- for fast I suppose whatever the fastest matches and rounds are. Essentially the inverse.

I'm mainly looking for top level play and if there are vods I can examine or provide as an example that would also be greatly appreciated.

I'm also not very versed in SF at all so if there's obvious matchups I'm just ignorant (:

Have had 2 situations that occurred at different times. One last night and another a few months ago where I woke my deck Bazzite from sleep mode and was met with it being in Desktop mode instead. When I would press the "return to game mode" button it would boot back into desktop mode. The only way I could fix this was turning off the system which booted it back into game deck mode.

When this occurred it for some reason signed me out of my steam account and I had to re-sign in. My password has not changed recently nor has anything else changed like me logging out any devices on my account.

Luckily there is a solution that makes sense but I don't understand what causes it to occur. It very rarely does but it is frustrating when one day it works great no issues and then the next day it suddenly is doing something like this.

However, this time I am looking to the community to create their own lists. I'd like to see if any lists come out similar. You can also just list the same stages as now. You don't need to reinvent the wheel if you think it works.

Please ensure your list has a minimum of 6 stages. 5 starters as at least once counter pick.

- Also do your best not to include duplicate layouts.
