Starting my first build from scratch. Was gifted an old Antec case computer (computer had stopped working, maybe I could fit that, wasn’t able to), thinking of gutting it and starting over, piece by piece, and building a nice “budget” machine. Looks like most of the pieces are from 2013-15-ish (Asus Z87-Pro MB, EVGA 000 G2 power supply, Radion R9 280X, etc).
So my question is, will this case work as a starting point for the new computer or just get a whole new setup and toss the parts?

Hey everyone! I own a black Enya soprano and I’m thinking of adding some flair to it via paint. Since it’s an odd medium (I work with carbon fiber for a living, umm this isn’t it), so was wonder what kind of prep, paint options I can use on this surface.

I’ve tried multiple places, undated the looks of my character and she. I go to finalize, black screen of death. Just sits there, let it sit for 15 minutes, nada. Have to shit down the game and start over. Anyone else experiencing this?

Started a new Gunslinger character and this time, my 2 ships will ONLY be those that I gain from quests! So far, only have the Frontier and the Razorleaf. For both, keeping the color palettes, the cockpits and habs they came with and re-imagining the rest.
The Frontier: LOVE the new look of this ship, aggressive-ish but with the science look of the “globe” (decorative version so far), keeping it within the Constellation vibe! Added the construction tables inside so don’t really have to go back to the Lodge except for plot purposes. 🙂
The Razorleaf: Again, kept the cockpit and hab interiors (and hab locations for both ships) BUT the exterior got a complete overhaul! I WAS going to keep the mounted engines on the stock struts (those are still there) sooooo I got the idea of a more armored look and after adding some premium upgrades, this is the fastest, most agile, and deadly ship I think I’ve ever built, perfect for The Mantis! Also adding the Moonprayer Crossbow after I’ve upgraded my skills to make the bolts!
I can’t tell you how pleased I am with both ships, setting the bar for future “lore” ships, coming back to this game, getting headshots with the Marathon and a heavily modified Chimera-R7 MK. II I found, wayyyy too much fun had by me! Don’t even have any Starborn stuff yet!

Recently returned to the game, discovered and purchased the mod “Mantis Ballista Crossbow” and have gone down the path of complete RP of being the Mantis and having fun doing so. So I rebuilt the original Razorleaf and this build is completely out of my usual style… 🙂

Gmornin all! Purchased Moonprayer and LOVE it. Problem is, down to just 2 bolts left. I’ve spent the last 3 days going to various vendors, sitting for 24 hrs, etc and haven’t seen the weapon nor the bolts once. Am I missing something? All I’ve read and watched state can go to any vendor. Been to Akila City, Jemison, the Key, the Den, my kiosk at my base, no joy…

Returning player, thought I had fixed my load outs (had deleted the game, reinstalled today and it just crashes back to the main screen (Xbox). Character is at 104, been playing since launch, have had to fix my mods after a long hiatus before, but this time, I’m unsure what to do at this point. Attached is a screenshot of the mods that originally failed but don’t get a list anymore, just back to main screen (desktop)… 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
