I took some pregablin one 75mg tablet at noon prescribed and like was still feeling horrible anxiety wise and depressed i just am really struggling so i just drank some kratom guess i will find out if no one has lol
Just curious prob not gonna combine the two because focalin really seems to be the missing piece i feel like ive been living in a fog for so long
i feel like i’m losing it im not official diagnosed or nothing just w mdd with psychotic symptoms but i don’t know where to go except to where people who see and hear things often could provide some input. do you guys ever hear babies crying or people talking? I can’t tell if im actually hearing these things in this building i just moved into or not it’s really distressing to me i just need someone to provide some kind words or even better input please help me i know its not coming from my apartment because no, we dont have a kid or nothing like that
if you live every second in agony why not take something that makes your quality of life better? i used to see it as a bad thing but there are worse alternatives. i wake up in emotional and sometimes physical agony due to mental illness and medications i have stopped a long time ago trying to do things the “right way” a little withdrawal wont exactly ruin me.. if that means im able to go outside again able to be around people able to eat again you know what i mean? for example you wouldnt tell a stage 4 cancer patient not to smoke weed because its “taboo” or something you dont like.. if it improves their quality of life and they aren’t exactly gonna get better why should i care thats my mindset if it helps you it helps you

you can tell me everything but i also want to know if you had previously tried drugs before kratom?
actually ridiculous i know it’s not poison yeah. but it might as well be sometimes. why to get rid of an unfortunate thing i deal with say paranoia do i have to get rid of who i am, feel mentally dulled, physically sick the list goes on and on oh and deal with painful akathisia im at a loss. dude and im only 22 :(
i do have a question if you take the time to read all that, if you already are suffering from akaththisia will taking a med kind of known to cause it (latuda) make it much worse or does the possible reward outweigh the risk? i need outside opinion just really struggling here 😔
absolutely ridiculous. i feel so sad at times because mine was caused by sereqouel. i took this med to do better to be better. i thought things were bad then. if only i knew they could be 1,000 times worse. i miss being able to be tired to be able to not feel like i have to move enough to make someone truly give up and im only 22.
my new psych said something that really bothered me today.
her “it usually goes away in a couple of weeks”
me “i stopped the med last summer 2025 it’s may 7th of 2026”
I have plenty of Estrogen pills left but i’m out of spironolactone. i really don’t wanna stop hrt but unfortunately i can’t get a refill for a little bit of spiro.
will i get any feminizing effects from this or anything?? (im on 6mg of E 4mg in morning 2mg in evening and 100mg of spiro)
so instant coffee ice roast, + that harry potter coffee creamer the butter beer one, and some caramel coffee syrup put it in the microwave for a minute then add some whipped cream make sure ts is mixed really well like til you think you should’ve stopped a long time ago so good
