Always paranoid I’ve over done it or under done it. Curious what other people do.

Do you factor in price when purchasing your ice cream? Or do you go for the highest quality no matter the cost? I felt like comparing price of ice cream brands to see how price vs. quality stacks up. What do you think? Are some brands worth the higher cost? Are some higher quality despite the low cost? Would love to know your thoughts.
