So happy she was able to come back, she’s such an articulate person and I love how much love she still has for her hometown. I was lucky enough to briefly run into her as I was leaving, I didn’t want to take up too much of her time so I just said her music meant a lot to me and then she completed my boygenius tattoos lol.

Lucy hinted at a new JB record!

I was at her Q&A tonight and someone asked her if boygenius would reunite. she said the usual bit about how “it was supposed to be for one year” but then she mentioned phoebes new record and that she had put out one and then said “I’m sure you can guess what the third guy will do”.

In honor of the Punisher era officially coming to an end…my Phoebe grad cap from last month!

I got my scholarship for undergrad for writing a short story inspired by “I Know The End”. Just got a full ride for my masters as well. Kind of crazy that between Punisher‘s release I graduated high school, got my bachelors, and will be starting my masters. I’ve definitely changed since I heard “Kyoto”for the first time back in January 2021 but Phoebe’s music has been a constant for me and I’m very grateful for that.

What’s been the coolest work of art you’ve gotten to handle?

This is a question for museum workers, conservators, or art handlers: what’s been the coolest work you’ve gotten to handle during your job? I got to handle a Kathë Kollwitz drawing once during an undergrad internship, which was a really cool experience.
