Prep completed ✅️ Nov 25- Sept 26 (127kg-110kg)

Yes guys, so this is my full 10 months transformation, going from 127kg (peak off season + I was letting myself go a little bit) to 110kg on stage at my first ever bodybuilding show 🥳.

About the first pic, I was appy that I was heavy as I never achieved that weight before that point but in reality:

- I wasn't the strongest I ever been despite the assistance, and my bodyweight..

- and I wasn't really happy with the look as I feel a lot just went on my face and midsection 🤣😭

Around that time I got in touch with my current coach Nathan Styles, we set the plan for 2026, and we executed 😎🥳

So yeah, basically 10 months of cutting after 5 years of pushing up.. yes, the last time I was actually lean lean was in 2021 when I originally planned to get on stage with the help of Justin Harris, I think that was my second ever cycle haha, right after the lockdown was over in the UK, April 2021 (we finished that cut at 97kg, on stage this year I was 110kg, and way leaner).

We did a little recomp as I finished my "bulk cycle" before Ramadan. Then 8 weeks extended to 12 of health phase where actually I got stronger than I was when I was peak offseason..

Man I remember how much I was buzzing finishing the health phase before blasting again with 10x25kg plates per side on the Atlantis Pivot leg press, knowing they were just going to go up as soon as I started pushing haha, exciting times..

Anyway, week 3 post show now, bloods in a few more, then we push again for this offseasonnn 🥳🥳

Plan is: we push until Ramadan (15 weeks or so) then health phase/cut as per standard.. then we go again till summer 2027 😎

Now for the people that want to know more haha, during this prep I've used: Test, Mast, Primo, HGH, L-Carnitine, SLUP322, Bam15, 5Amino 1mq, Clen, Proviron, Anavar, Winstrol/(pre show): Halo, Superdrol, Arimidex, Aldactone, Mod, Dyazide.

OBVIOUSLY NOT ALL TOGETHER!

😅😅😅 I did 3 shows, 2 peaks, and I finished some items in between so had to swap for whatever I had available 😅.

Any questions ask away 💪🏻🤗

Just a big 👏🏼 and thank you to Obsidian! Stellar customer support!

In the past I brought the ps4 version of the 1st Outer Worlds + the season pass and absolutely loved them, finished the game twice but not the DLCs.

And I was like - let me get a ps5 so I can enjoy the game properly with good graphics now that I have some time to finish the DLCs..

Ngl initially had some issues in downloading the Spacer's Choice edited but as soon as I got in touch with the Team they came back to me straight away and sent me a code for the game update as I already purchased everything in the past - without making me purchased it again.

I never wrote a video game/ or videogame company review before, but all I can say is that they're actually seem to care 🤗

Fallout NV was one of my favourite games and I bought Outer Worlds before Fallout 4 back in the day.. and it didn't disappoint a second - probably one of mu favourite games of all time.

Currently going through the 2nd one and maaaan I'm having a blast haha! I really hope they come up with some great DLC as I got the Deluxe Edition 🥳🥳

Anyway, big round of applause to Obsidian 👏🏼👏🏼

Hope you all had a nice weekend 💪🏻

2023-2026 💪🏻🥳

Hi guys, just wanted to share a little achievement of mine for this 2026. Been building my physique on a consistent "building phase" since 2021 when I became a physique coach and started working at FLF in Manchester UK.

🥩 I've had a few small "diet phases" in between and even full on breaks from training and dieting but the love for the craft has never disappeared 💪🏻!

Weight was 108kg the left and 112kg the right, height 5'10 (180cm).

🏋🏻‍♂️ Most of this time I've been running some advanced variation of Push Pull Legs, mostly 2on 1 off, 3on 1 off, with small changes in volume and split setup between the years depending on my lifestyle requirements

Atm I'm doing a 2on, 1off rotating between push, pull & legs, with different focuses every time (like push - Chest/ Shouder & Tricep focused, or legs - Quads & Adductors/ Hamstring & Glutes focused)

☪️ I'm also Muslim so during Ramadan I always took 2 weeks off training completely and as I'm not the biggest eater I basically ended up undereating and losing loads of weight, which in hindsight probably made me healthier and helped me with pushing again for size as soon as Ramadan was over 🤣🥳

Also, as you probably know already I'm not natural, and as I've become more advanced I've used different protocols & peptides to help maximise my progress; started right after the lockdown ended fully in the UK, around April 2021..

💪🏻 Also I'm massive on the use of Supplements to try to keep my health as good as it can be, and to help my performance in the gym, I basically use the whole tbjp range and some bits from supplement needs haha.

Atm I'm 2 weeks away from my first amateur bodybuilding show - PCA Manchester, and 3 weeks away from the 2brosPro Novice Regional (NPC).

I'm quite excited for the whole thing ngl 🥳 also I'm looking forward to a long long 2 year building phase after this cut as this will be the best position every to start a growing phase and to pack on as much muscle as possible.

My goal is to dedicate myself to this to the max the next 2 years, and really behave like a professional athlete and build myself into someone worthy of a PCA & IFBB PRO Card 🏆 like all the people that I look up to have done.

If you have any questions please ask away, I'm open to share every little bit of my journey if it can help you or anyone else get better or avoid some of the mistakes I did 🤗🤗

All the love people 💪🏻❤️

HGH & Peptides off season + health phase help 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hey guys, I'm just finishing my cut 2 weeks pre show rn and I'm on 4 IU hgh pre bed. I'll be running a 6 weeks health phase then looking to push up for at least 20 weeks or as long as health, insulin sensitivity, strength & weight gains allow 💪🏻

  1. I'm using Methylene Blue & ITTP pre workout rn, would you use that in the off season to help push performance?

  2. What do you think about using HGH am too? Money isn't an issue, just want to make the best possible progress, I train around 2-3pm, after 4 meals (total x6 meals + 2 shakes a day).

  3. Any other peptides you'd suggest using in an growing phase to maximise growth, minimise body fat gain and keep insulin sensitivity in place? I'm already planning to use IGF LR3 post workout, what doses did you guys experiment with?

  4. Btw, nobody has said a world about sarms in aaaages, not sure they're a thing anymore but has anyone used them alongside a heavy cycle and seen some benefits?

2 weeks & 5 days out 💪🏻

Yesterday in both pics, left one post workout after a posterior focused lower body day, and right was ij the morning fasted, just posing practice 💪🏻

Ngl I can't wait to eat a lot of food after this cut haha, 1) to build, 2) because I ordered like 40 pieces ofnice cream to celebrate this achievement (it'll be my first shows too).

I'm in 2 minds about it tho: I'm so focused on nutrition and high quality nutrients that I don't want to ruin anything post shows, but on the other hard.. 40 ice creams 🤣🤣

Anyway haha, let's keep pushing 💪🏻

Before & After 3 years

Hey guys, I'm 4 weeks away from my 1st show ever (open bodybuilding first timers) and just wanted to share my 3 year transformation 🤗

108kg to 108kg, I pushed up to 127kg at my heaviest throughout the years, and now I'm the leanest and most muscular I've ever been 💪🏻

Ngl, I'm looking forward to eating 40 ice creams post show and to a long 2 years growing phase after this haha.

6&7 WEEKS OUT

6 weeks out from the PCA Manchester show on the 6th of September - First Timers.

7 weeks out from 2BROS PRO MRJT - Novice.

Pics are post workout - Pretty happy with these ngl 🥳🥳

Who knew I had managed to build such a cool physique in all these years of training haha (it's been 12) I guess you don't know until you dive full in - then you know! 🤣💪🏻😎

Lines on my glutes are kicking in, time to get those hamstrings, lower back and whole posterior - peeled!

Then who knows what's going to happen after the shows, maybe there'll be some more to join after that if we do well..

Time to push a touch harder, and absolutely nail that posing routine 😎🕺🏻
