Diabetes remission programs UK
So IV been on two diet programs to reverse this. Both centred round weigh loss. First one was heavy old turkey no food only food replacements which was shakes.
2nd one 3 weeks in no contact all on the app.
Oviva using TDR products
Second nature.
Both a joke purely on support. Tho the TDR worked for me dropped two stone ( who wouldn't on no food) and suger levels are low for me. Always above 10 now sitting aboit 4 to 6 daily.
Oviva talked to me like I was a child and you could hear her was in a empty is room and couldn't be bothered on a Monday morning over the phone call. I'm no expert but years ago I researched and hit the gym lost 3 stone and done well so I knew enough in my eyes. Straight cold turkey no food. Felt like crap and shakes and tried first 2 weeks. Their advice keep up with shakes and just drink water or anything without suger. If needed to eat under 300kls for me toast or eggs.
Coming to get ready to go back to foods it was little bit per week til you was back! Surely you do the same at the start and not go full cold turkey off food.
So far NHS has given me options to do the diets and both are a joke.
Anyone else experiencing the same on other diets? More also a heads up to others to not waste your time.
I'll find my own way or unless the NHS can actually give me a diet that won't feel like I haven't eaten all week.
Or anyone else that's finding something that actually works?
