Hi all. I recently took over operations at a bar/venue which includes talent buying and marketing. We are in a secondary market and attendance can be hit or miss. If anyone has a minute I would love to share our socials/lineup/marketing strategy & pick someone’s brain to see what I can be doing different to improve attendance and generally get the word out about shows. We are bringing through regional/national touring artists that would typically have good turnouts elsewhere but ours can be a little lacking. Would be super grateful for any tips & tricks! Cheers!
