HCL Techbee Feedback Needed

Hey guys,
Waiting for my class 12th board exams and saw the HCL Techbee offer for current 12th passouts. They were taking interview directly through JEE MAINS result so had skipped the CAT part. Just wanted to clarify a few things before my interview.

  1. How does the early career program work actually?
  2. Do they like call you on the workplace and give the training while making you work alongside your college?
  3. The site mentioned a program free as of now (Two programs, one had some 1 lakh around and the other was 60k around.). Can they be waived off?

Also any advice you guys would like to give. Was trying to get some experience!
