My most recent order is a wasteland of discontinued items

Going to Sonic and ordering a bunch of value items was my weekly tradition after rec soccer matches. They completely gutted the value menu and the stuff left isn't good enough to get me to come back. Even the deals suck nowadays - I haven't seen a BOGO offer in a long time.

I guess it's time to find a new tradition.

New Engineer?

I was doing the 6K tempo run yesterday (I think it's brand new? I didn't see it last week) and there was an audio cut-in and at first I was expecting Daniel the engineer, but it was some other random guy? I think Coach Bennett called him Calvin the engineer or something?

Anyone else had a guided run with this new guy? It doesn't feel the same lol

Off Season Content

- Tag in an unrealistic / dangerous part of the world!
- DAE Sam from Wendover / HAI guest appearance???
- I made them do some thing on this mii game
- DAE season XX overrated?
- DAE season XX underrated?
- Why hasn't (insert random person) not made a guest appearance yet?
- I went to a place they went and am actively creeping out the locals (hide and seek playground)

Did I get them all?

Running Route Recommendations?

Currently training for the Utah Valley Half in June and the NYC Marathon in November. I've been running 4-5x a week for about 8 months, and I'm getting a little tired as a SLC resident of running either Liberty Park or the JRT every time, so I'm looking for new routes to switch things up. Anybody have any good recommendations? I'm willing to drive anywhere between Provo and Ogden if it's good.

Looking for preferably:
- mostly flat
- paved
- minimal traffic crossings

Thanks!

Tiffany is now the only remaining castaway to never reach the final immunity challenge

Cirie: F3 in Micronesia
Aubry: FTC in Kaoh Rong
Devens: F4 in Edge of Extinction
Jonathan: F4 in 42
Joe: FTC in 48
Rizo: F4 in 49

If Tiffany can survive 3 more tribals, then she'll be in her first final immunity challenge. Everyone else has experienced the opportunity to reach FTC through winning an immunity necklace. Interestingly, nobody left has actually won the final immunity challenge as Aubry won firemaking and Joe was taken by Kyle.

As someone who absolutely loves using the NRC guided runs, but is a little disappointed in the marathon training plans and wants to up the MPW, I decided to create a spreadsheet following the Hanson Training Plan as closely as I could while adding a NRC guided run to each of them. It was a bit tricky trying not to repeat runs too often since NRC has less as the distance goes up, so some runs repeat a maximum of 3 additional times during the training.

The mileage also isn't a 1:1 match with Hanson, since there aren't any tempo runs in NRC above 12K. I still added 2 speed runs per week and the mileage is generally the same otherwise, while still being considerably more than the NRC plan.

For anyone else interested in upping the mileage and following the Hanson plan while still using guided runs, I've shared the links so anyone can use them!

Go crush those PRs!
