So I’m usually a closer (barista). I’m always staying more than 15+ minutes after closing. For the past week I’m been telling my supervisor that I have to leave at exactly 10pm. He doesn’t say anything. I’m doing everything to try to leave on time but it’s hard when nothing is being done before you get here.

So I got a write up for not leaving the store ready for opening or dishes not being done. The supervisor does his tasks btw. I’m just stuck doing everything and I’m fed up. I’m trying guys. I’m not being lazy! I just really have to leave at 10pm because my boyfriend picks me up and he has to go to work after

So this is the second month that they are charging me $60 for “rent (dog)”. I DO NOT have a pet or a dog. I contacted the main office (they gave us a number to text) I can’t get a hold of anyone regaining this issue. Does any one know how to contact them? Yea I know they fucking suck. I’m renting the ones in front of the Gabilan library.

Omg I’m tired of leaving late. Every night is more than 45 minutes. I have stuff to do after work

I follow the sirens eye on the food case however my sm wants every pastry to be in the right angle. I’m like what? She throws a fit and I’m like girl you should probably worry about the 3 callouts and customer connections

So I’m usually a closer so the last couple of weeks have been annoying lately. After everything is done (usually we stay 30+ mins after closing) we clock out and I’m free to go right? Why do I have to wait an extra 8 minutes to leave the store???? The supervisor keeps checking everything and doing idk in the ipad. So I r really frustrated because I brought this up to my sm and he technically told me that I cannot leave until he’s ready but I’m like then I won’t clock out then. He’s like you have to clock out since you’re technically not doing anything. I’m just really annoyed

If I were to get hired right now I would quit. The amount of information now feels like impossible. But then again, drinks were so simple back then. Every hire quits during training

Hmmm okay? My first time being (4mins) late after 9 years and she docks 1 point. What about the days I close (5days) and never leave on time will get the point back? lol

What kind of shower filter would you guys recommend?

Someone asked for it in a venti iced cups with different syrups, oatmilk and extra cold foam. I measured everything (even the cold foam I went over the max line) and she complained asking me why it wasn’t full. What do I even tell her?
