Just had a client get approved at standard plus non smoking which is great. It went through accelerated underwriting with zero fluids and no APS reports needed.

Client wants to pay 1K annual and landed on a 30 year term with NLG. They qualify for all the free living benefits too. The death benefit is only 300K

Was thinking of trying to go through full UW somewhere else and seeing if maybe we can get a bigger death benefit just to see what happens and give them options. But I’m pleased they got approved.

Anyone have a good experience with Autism? They are high functioning and wanted term with conversion options. They take BUPROPION for meds.

In February 2026, I switched two wireless lines from Verizon to AT&T under a promotion offering up to $800 per line to pay off devices from another carrier. I submitted Verizon documentation showing the remaining balances. One line was approved and the other declined, even though both used the same document.

After submitting, I called AT&T’s reward center to confirm everything was in order. I was told both lines were fine and that the requests had been processed. I received no notice that anything was wrong with my documentation.

In June 2026, I learned that one line had been approved and the other declined. The representative said the decline was because the Verizon document did not list phone numbers with the balances, although it showed my name and account information. She confirmed I had previously been told everything was fine, apologized, and said too much time had passed to fix it.

A supervisor then told me that AT&T was at fault, apologized, but refused to approve the second promotional payoff or issue the gift card.

As a result, I have been in collections with Verizon for nearly a year for a balance I reasonably believed would be covered by AT&T’s promotion. Verizon is rightfully seeking payment, but AT&T is refusing to honor the payoff that was mishandled due to their own error and lack of communication.

I have the Verizon payoff document and screenshots from the AT&T reward center showing one line approved and one declined using the same documentation. If the document was insufficient, AT&T should have notified me while the promotion window was open so I could correct it.

Underwriters and seasoned pros. What has been your experience for a healthy individual who is on the medication Donepezil 7.5mg for memory. He is being monitored and kept on screenings for dementia. He was concerned after having memory issues last year. He was approved using ethos life last year, but would like a policy with living benefits if they’ll approve it.

He was born in 1956 with no family history of dementia. I know that he would have to go through full underwriting and APS reports out the butt, but wanted to see if anybody had experience with clients who are diagnosed with dementia and were approved somewhere.

I had done a lithium battery conversion. It would run for about 3 miles before it just power to move. I upgraded the solenoid to one of the brands y’all mentioned here. Ever since I was riding like it was brand new. No issues.

My firm took a contract with National life and these fools wants $600 for 1M in coverage for the year. And you HAVE to use them. It was the same at MASS and NWM but they took it from your check.

These companies must get a kickback or something. Why is it so expensive?
