I need help from an experienced person

I got this nice piece of wood for aquarium. It was given to my for free as an aquarium peice but it is very soft and very lift for its size. When i saw it I thought it was mopani but its way way too light. It feels almost cork like? The last 2 picture are of me doing a nail test to demonstrate how soft it is. im starting to think I should not put this in water at all, apart from its going to float because how light it is

what kind of wood is this?

I had no idea...

are the dinosaurs toys actually collectibles? When I first got my kid one i was very impressed with how it all worked. moving the tail moves the head and you can open and close the mouth. I thought that was very neat. I think I will be getting them more.

these guys are fucking scammers

had to fight these fuckers to replace my battery, which is barely a year old. sensors only worked for half the year. they wanted 160 for the battery and 59 for the servicer charge. mind you this equipment is 1 year old. when I asked the service rep how long the batteries should last, they said 2 years. then why is mine dead 50% of its supposed life?

got them to credit me 160 and replace my sensors that weren't working.

to cancel id have to pay 800!!! this shit should be illegal! I dont mind the contract, IF THEY ARE PROVIDING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY PROMISE. they use 3rd party installers so they need to ignore as many customers as possible.

I have a rimless tank and am running into this new issues. Ive had this filter for about 3 months and I really like it a lot. I just recently started running into issues where, if I fill my tank really high, the water a little above the clips, it creates some kind of shiphon and starts dripping water via the back until the water can no longer tought the filter to create the siphon. I never had this issues until I tried filling to the top. Anyone else have this issue? would a foam back between the clip and the tank help?
