so i’ve been on and off vegetarian/vegan for about 10 years. in the past i‘ve eaten majority vegan/vegetarian but still dabbled in some animal products mostly due to convenience factors during difficult jobs/times of my life/etc.
anyway, i am currently strictly vegan again and plan to stay that way. however, i’ve never quite understood the argument against eating honey specifically. i know it‘s made by bees, but is it exploitation? it’s my understanding that a lot of bee keepers are doing good things for the bees and that they have a mutually beneficial relationship. is this super misguided and wrong??
not trying to sound dumb, i’m just genuinely curious and would like to learn. why do you choose to abstain from honey?
I always see posts that are like "what are your unhinged study tips?" and usually the answers are like something super basic that we're all already doing. well this week, I finally came up with a good one. COLD PLUNGE before you study. as someone who works a 9-5 doing intellectual stuff all day and then comes home to study after work, it is so hard to refresh my brain and actually have effective study sessions. so I started cold-plunging for 2 minutes in a cold shower after work and I have been having way more effective sessions and been scoring higher on exams than ever! idk could just be crazy, but try it out sometime and see if it helps!

I hear so many lawyers complain about their jobs and how hard it is. As someone who needs a *little* encouragement as I am preparing to take the LSAT for the second time, can y'all give me some hope? What are your favorite things about being a lawyer? Why do you stay in the field despite all the hardships?
