Is this grow cooked?
Yellow umbo (cubensis X ochraceocentrata), didn’t apply a pseudo layer during S2B.

First time growing, just want to check with the community to see how these tubs are looking, started FC 2 days ago. 6qt shoeboxes, all have pseudo layer
tub 1
tub 2
tub 3
First time growing mushrooms, wanting some input of how these are progressing.
Should I start fruiting conditions? Did S2B 5 days ago, this is the first time I've opened the lid since then, just to take the pictures (progressing pretty fast imo). My objective is to get these grown and harvested as soon as possible, going on vacation soon.
tub 1 (lighting was a bit messed up here, darker areas whiter in person):
tub 2:
tub 3:
more info:
I've been following this ssf shoebox guide for the bulk part of things, it's meant to be neglect tek but I'm thinking of flipping the lids for fruiting, I did an initial ~20 second top layer spray like the guide instructed, it doesn't look like the mycelium has much metabolites/condensation on the top coat at this point, just at a few different spots where you see brighter ball like mycelium. Like I said this is my first time growing, please feel free to give some advice and point some stuff out I missed.

Came home from work today to find that 1 of my jars of liquid culture has formed this translucent like oily film that moves with the liquid culture, this has me a bit worried, anyone know what’s up?
If it’s too hard to even tell what you’re looking at just imagine a white mucus oil pattern substance moving with and right above the liquid.
(Sorry wish I could upload a video)
Basically, I have a smart pressure cooker (Carey DPC-9SS), 9.5 Qt, it comes with a green and black valve, apparently green = 15 psi, black = 10 but it says to only use the green one if you're +1000ft above sea level which I'm not. I picked up a bag of white millet and used that for my first bag (3lb) NSNS, put 8 cups water in PC, set PC for 15 psi (green valve) and 150 minutes, this is what google told me, idk.
It got done and I let it chill in the PC until the next day when my lc syringe arrived, pulled it out and there were some mushy, broken seeds, not a whole lot but it was noticeable, white flakey things at the bottom of the bag, and a single spot on the front that looked like a brown sauce looking smudge that was decently small, I have no idea. I decided to inject after shaking the bag up anyways so I guess we'll find out for sure, but any tips or advice? This is my first time, anything related to this specific pressure cooker would be fantastic!
