Is it unreasonable to question my dad when he does something stupid?

My dad always has a policy do what he says without question he thinks he is absolute and never wrong (he also has a short temper) he has me make a ton of calls to customer services or some of his clients since he doesn’t understand well English and I do but he would always tell me to ask wrong questions, be rude to the employees like try and force them to do something they can’t (like getting them to refund a ticket that he doesn’t have the number for or forcing them to stay on the line for up to 20 to 30 minutes because he can’t find his ticket number) or straight up give me the wrong number when I ask why just let me talk to them he starts getting mad and yelling at me saying I’m useless and stuff. I kind of understand but he does this to my mom too and his always had a really short temper

Sorry for my bad grammar
