Anybody else just stop caring?

So I don’t really need this job anymore, and for the last three weeks I’ve basically been seeing how much I can get away with. I’ve been taking like 20 extra minutes on my breaks, going to the bathroom every 30 minutes, and when I’m stowing I just have my phone in the tote closest to the pod and watch YouTube while going as slow as possible.
The funny part is nobody has said a single thing to me

It also doesn’t help that my manager is a complete prick, so I really care.
Before anyone says I’m just lazy, this didn’t come out of nowhere. About a month ago I put in a transfer request to Flex because I don’t really need the job anymore and just wanted fewer hours. Since then they’ve approved multiple people who submitted their requests after mine, while mine is still sitting there. So this has kind of become my own little protest. 😂
Has anyone else ever hit the point where you just stopped caring and how long did it take before management finally noticed or said something?

2010 civic LX rattle noise

Hello all, I just bought my first Civic. It’s a 2010 automatic with 168k miles. Overall, the car is in great shape. The dealer said they replaced all of the motor mounts.
However, when driving on the highway above 50-60mph , I hear an awful rattling noise coming from the front of the car. It’s not the engine cuz it still happens even just coasting, I really am not sure what it could be it sounds like a plastic piece I think

Please help diagnose this

Peak season and prime week

Question for the inbound AR stowers. Does prime week and peak even change anything for us? Other than the managers wanting a higher rate obviously but if I already avg a good rate I don’t see what will change other than maybe some MET but I already work 5 days a week
