Advice on swollen apple battery I removed

I wanted to a Do not do this flair because I'm dumb but I have an explanation. My phone started swelling around the same time my grandmother was passing away(this is important) so I took it to the apple store where they told me to charge it and back everything up but gave me no advice further than that other than if I wait too long it could destroy the hard drive. I did exactly that but then it didn't transfer everything specifically some important files and voicemails my grandma left. I panicked, removed the swollen battery to protect the phone and when I took the battery to apple they wouldn't take it. My local hazardous waste is only open Fridays and Saturdays for a few hours! So I'm just sitting on this spicy pillow and pissed at apple for being shitty. Is it a bad idea to remove the hard drive and try and put the swollen battery back and take the phone to apple for recycling? I hate apple and will never buy another product because of this experience.

Do I just give up?

My insurance keeps adjusting my bills so I keep getting random massive (800-20000) bills from years prior and I’m about to just give up on my medication (entyvio) and risk it. I’m in remission but the stress of this is making me want to end my life instead. Should I just give up entyvio and stop seeing the doctor all together. Happy late 250th to the USA!

If I switch to kaiser from sutter (or another provider) how long does re authorization for medication take.

I get an infusion every 8 weeks, but if i switch to kaiser how ling does their re-authorization for my medication take because if i’m late I could flare and the meds will not longer work. Also I put California northern but I’m located exactly central california

How can I owe a bill when I met my deductible from two years ago

This is bluecross/blueshield california (ppo bronze plan for the last three years) I met my deductible before the date on the eob but there are contradicting eob’s. For example my deductible was met july 2024 but in august 2024 it shows i paid about 400 towards my deductible again. Now Im getting a statement from the hospital for around $800, even though my deductible was met and somehow not met in a timeframe that makes no sense. I also had an hsa account in that time that might have a little left can I use that towards it.

How would you have written the last season?

It’s commonly seen as the worst season. I’m curious how other people would have ended the story. (Personally, El would live in mine, lol)

Can I vent a little

I’ve been trying to get a job at sutter for years and I missed a call for an interview yesterday while at work, and I called back today, but they filled the interview slots. I want to cry but it’s my own fault
