IV sedation/wisdom tooth removal pain?

Getting my impacted wisdom tooth taken out the day after tomorrow using iv sedation. Th doctor said I'll be awake but loopy. I have a lot of anxiety around medical related things, my mind is running through all the terrible things... I also have to take care of my two kids the next day, (Friday) so 24 hours later. Will that be possible? Looking for any experiences, hopefully to ease my anxiety.

Priority workout?

If I don't do my three priority workouts in a week, will I not see progress? I understand I can mix and match the workouts, but I haven't yet completed my priority lower body for the week. Just trying to feel my body out because I do strength and spin class, not sure if I'll be successful with a lower body workout because of soreness.

Iconic?

I've recently started ladder, and went with team Iconic but found out yesterday coach Sarah is no longer a part of ladder. Are there other teams anyone can recommend that has similar work out styles and goals to Iconic?

What do I do??

What do you do when your grade group partner is totally opposite in your teaching style? Teaching can be isolating enough (you are on an island with your students) if you let it be, so I always like to take up the opportunity to build relationships, connections with my class and others within the school, community, etc. My colleague on the other hand is uncommunicative, uncollaborative, and is always "I,I,I.." instead of "we,we,we.." Our classrooms are literally across the hall from each other which would be a great opportunity to mix our kids up for reading, writing, math instruction...but I truly believe this person believes they are too far superior to others to need to do that.

Teaching is hard enough, and only made harder by adults who act like children. I'm stumped. I'm being kept up at night because I am doing my damnest to get out of my school (fingers crossed) because I refuse to work in such a toxic environment. What do I do if I can't get out?? How do you survive the toxicity??

Edited to add: it's not so much the non-collaboration part that upsets me. I get it, people are different. This person was literally crying first thing yesterday morning because they didn't get the desired out come at one of our grade group meetings. It's those kinds of things that baffle me.. you wanted what you wanted, at the expense of everyone else?? The entitlement of this person is unreal.

Interview help

How do you all answer the interview question regarding inclusion in an early years setting? I've obviously had classes where students are coming in at all different levels/needs, but the feedback from my interview was that I didn't "explain enough". Looking for tips.

The other one that stumped me is "what does your assessment look like?" I said it was done formatively, as it helps me guide my instruction and that I try to let them show me using the learning style they're most comfortable with(where appropriate)... What could I have added to that answer?

Print and coil bound planner

I've made a planner and am looking to get it printed and coil bound. Can anyone recommend a place in the city they've dealt with (bonus points if most economical) that could do this for me?
