i usually use the softer easy cut lino (i have carpal tunnel, so the normal stuff hurts my hands more lol). pencil inevitably smudges during carving, but the lino seems to dry out any of the markers i’ve tried using (i’ve tried sharpies, alcohol markers, and regular crayola markers). has anyone else had this issue? is there a solution, or am i doomed to smudged pencil and ruined sharpies?
