ELI5: What's going on with Mark Walters

I'm completely out of the loop, what is the investigation on Mark Walters about and how likely will this affect the Dodgers going forward?

Has young people become less anti-gun?

I'm an early Gen Z. From what I've seen around myself and online, people of my generation and late Millennials seems to be less anti-gun than early Millennials and Gen X, broadly speaking, no offense to anyone.

Thanks to games and social media a lot of late Millennials and Gen Z who don't come from gun owning families still got to know what guns look and sounds like in our formative years. And so when we grow into adults we don't view guns with the fear and mysticism that lead to a lot of bad anti-gun takes. I don't think I would've ever become a gun owner if not for Call of Duty, CS, and Demo Ranch. The same goes for lots of my friends from school and college who are also the first in their families to own guns. and of those who aren't most are not ideologically against it.

That's not to say we have swung the other way into being pro-gun. I would believe the majority of our generation either don't care or are still anti-gun to some extent. We still have a long way to go.

Have I gotten the wrong impression or has anyone else also felt that shift in attitude toward guns? Could we see some relaxing of the persecution against gun ownership when our generation eventually starts getting into positions of power in a decade or two?

[SPOILERS] Would it be more interesting if the ending of the Skellige quest line depended on past choices?

What if depending on how Cerys and Hjalmar's quests are done, they could be deemed ineligible for the throne by the jarls?

This thought came to me when I saw a friend who really wanted Cerys to be queen not follow through with her plan because they didn't trust her in the moment. Yet she becomes queen anyways as if that distrust in her didn't matter at all.

This stood out to me given how much choices matter in other parts of this game and how many of those are based on trusting someone or not, but who becomes Skellige's king rests entirely on one simple binary choice during King's Gambit. How Lord of Undvik and Possession are completed doesn't matter, as long as they are.

It doesn't make sense in the narrative either: By not going through with Cerys' plan, she didn't do anything that successfully helped Udalryk. He would have no reason to then support her. Depending on where you backed out Udalryk should instead be disappointed or furious at her for failing to help or stealing the baby respectively. I think Cerys becoming queen should be contingent on the player trusting her and following through with her plan. Only then will Udalryk also trust Cerys and support her to become Queen.

Whereas in Lord of Undvik, either Folan or Vigi must survive to testify. Otherwise Hjalmar would be seen as a weak leader that let his whole crew get killed and is unfit to be King.

If only one quest is completed in this manner, only that sibling becomes eligible to become monarch. King's Gambit should only serve as the deciding factor if both siblings are eligible. If neither quest is completed this way, the massacre is skipped and Svanrige is coronated by default.

This seems a better option to me because it means the player's choice in Lord of Undvik and Possession will have actual consequences and will matters beyond their end, similar to how Ladies of the Wood affects the Baron's ending, rather than just leaving everything up to a simple binary choice after the bear massacre (Technically 3 but the 3rd choice is a non-starter).

Has there been any official news on what's going on with the Back to Back documentaries?

Any updates to why they were taken down or when they'll be back?

Everything in LD's kit is designed for the hero and the bear to fight in tandem with each other and keep each other alive. It is a unique and interesting play style and hero identity. The bear's Aghs takes all of that and just throws it away.

True form, shared lifesteal, backlash damage when the bear dies, fetch - all becomes useless or inconsequential when the hero is farming jungle while the bear fights halfway across the map.

The hero becomes nothing but a respawn point for the bear and the bear becomes a boring gigacreep with it's insane raw stats, disposability, and no real abilities.

Even if LD wasn't meta that Aghs still needs to go. Because with it LD isn't LD anymore, it is a glorified creep with a WK ult.
