Payslips show pension deductions but no account - advise?

My father worked for a company between 2016-2018 where pension was deducted from his payslips and sent to NOW:Pensions. The problem is the company no longer exists and Now:pensions say they cant find any account under his NI number.

We have called Now:Pensions and we're told there is no account. One staff member advised us to send all details and certified documents by post which we did. After a month, they emailed us again asking for the same info. His payslips clearly show pension deduction going to now pension but they still cant locate anything.

Can anyone give me advise on this issue or tell me what else I can do ?

One staff member also told us the account was "removed" but we weren't given any explanation.

Can you give me some advice on my diffusing?

Pics 1-2: My first attempt at diffusing today.

Pic 3: My unstyled hair baseline.

Pic 4: How my hair looks when I finger coil it (assuming I have 3A curls /that will be lovely if you can tell me if i am right lol).

Hey everyone! I used a diffuser for the very first time today and I feel like I did something completely wrong. I am looking for help to figure out what went wrong and how I can improve my results. My hair responds amazingly well to finger coiling, but I want to stop doing it because it takes way too much time. Today, I tried to just style and diffuse it normally, and I don't know what went wrong.

My Routine Today:Wash/Condition: L'Oréal Elvive Moisture Locking.Styling: Applied Camille Rose leave-in conditioner to soaking wet hair, followed by Eco Gel

Best A3 fashion sketchbook that won't warp or get bulky from heavy prints?

Hey everyone, I'm heading into my 3rd year of a Fashion & Textiles degree and need recommendations for an A3 sketchbook. I'm going to be heavily mounting digital prints, templates, and fabric samples, so I need something that won't get insanely bulky at the edges, warp, or have the pages rip out of the spine (which happened before ) when it gets heavy. What professional-grade A3 books or setups did you use for your final year portfolios and if your'll have any recommendations?

My hair used to be super curly naturally, but starting products and finger-rolling completely ruined my pattern. Help!

Hi everyone. I need some help getting my natural curls back. Before I ever touched hair products, finger-rolling, or scrunching, my hair used to be super curly entirely on its own.Ever since I started a standard curly hair routine (using creams, gels, and finger-rolling), my hair has completely lost its spark. Now, if I leave it completely product-free and unstyled, i can still see the Type 3A loop patterns trying to form underneath, but the curls are heavily masked by extreme frizz, dryness, and separation. It won't clump or curl properly on its own anymore unless I force it by finger-rolling.Has anyone successfully brought their curls back to life after "ruining" them ? What was your exact reset routine to get your natural, effortless bounce back?

Broke uni student looking for a dirt-cheap, minimal beginner skincare routine (UK)

Hey everyone, I want to start a skincare routine but I’m a broke university student and need the absolute cheapest options possible.I don't want a complicated 10-step routine. Just the bare essentials to get started .What are the best budget-friendly drugstore products (cleanser, moisturiser, SPF) available in the UK? Would be nice if I can grab at Boots or Superdrug with a student discount! Thanks! I have dry sensitive , itchy ,bumpy and dull skin and I am brown so I want something that doesn't give me a white cast.

Fashion design portfolio question

Hi! I am a fashion and textile student just finished my 2nd year . So i have done 3 textile project and 3 fashion project throughout uni . I have decided to focus on fashion design so i am not planing to include the textile projects in my portfolio.

For my uni submission this year i made a portfolio just for one project designed for one single brand but its not my best work for sure and i dont have my garment with me either. My first two projects are much stronger and represents my design identity.

For a proper portfolio is it normal to include all 3 fashion projects ? I was thinking something about

1 page for moodboard

1 page with lineup sketches

1 page for samples ,flat sketch and final photos of my garment .

But i am also not sure about if i should add seperate page for final photos

And include some design process/drapes , more flats on in the slides also do we put trend research ?

Would love some advise that could enhance my portfolio. Thankyou
