What do I do about this item I sold on the 7th of may? Was ‘out for delivery for around three weeks’ and now they’ve returned it supposedly although evidently they haven’t. I’ve escalated to Vinted support ten times and it says an agent will contact me within 48 hours and I never receive anything.
