I can't open my car. I thought it might be the key battery, even though it was replaced less than six months ago and I only use my car once a week. I tried the spare key, but that didn't work either. Same result. I then tried the physical key that I extracted from the digital one. Same again. The doors and boot are locked.

When I got back home on Thursday after having my car serviced, I noticed that after shutting off the engine, the 'door open' icon lit up and sounded a warning when I opened the door or boot. I called Toyota and was told that this was normal. I've had this car for a while and have never noticed this before.

Toyota is closed. I won't be able to contact them before Monday. Could someone please help?

The glass on the door of my washing machine broke by itself, without anyone touching it.

I had a chat with Miele customer service and wrote:

I bought this machine 3.5 years ago. It is no longer under warranty but this is absolutely abnormal. It must be taken under warranty.

Miele customer service refused and quoted £180 plus the cost of the part for replacing it.

I paid £729 for this machine which broke after 3.5 years.

I am very unhappy with Miele customer service

If so, what was the result? Did it keep fermenting afterwards?
