Do I need to install Hotfix and RenameOTA to block updates, or can I delete all the filler files now and keep WiFi enabled, since there's no Hotfix what would I have to do if for some reason the Kindles updated to a firmware that patches this Jailbreak?

Resulta que pedí una pizza de Dominos por Rappi (yo sé Rappi es una mierda y ya alguien va a comentar 'post semanal de que Rappi es una mierda', pero no tenía ganas de cocinar y había una promoción) y a parte de que se demoró casi dos horas en llegar porque la senõrita Yutcely Yudetxi Jauregui canceló, nadie más quería aceptar, y el que aceptó por alguna razón se quedó como 40minutos sin moverse de un solo punto... me llega la pizza por fin, pero la abro y no era de los ingredientes que pedí, había pedido jamón y llegó pollo, entonces le tomo foto a la factura donde claramente decía jamón, y al lado la pizza donde claramente se ve que era de pollo, lo reporto a través de la aplicación y me aparece un mensaje diciendo que lo sienten, que van a trabajar continuamente para mejorar la experiencia y que en este caso no era elegible para una compensación, así que le escribo a soporte, se conecta una tal Gabriela, manda el mensae de que después de revisar mi caso, han aplicado una compensación de 0 créditos para mi orden, se cierra el chat y ya no tuve más forma de contactarme con alguien ni de seguir con el reclamo.
De la rabia me fui para la página de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio a poner una queja, y eso es saltando de una página a otra, primero entré aquí, luego de ahí me mandaron para acá donde me tuve que registrar, luego me mandaron para el Portafolio de trámites y servicios, de ahí que al sitio para las partes, ahí vi el logo de Rappi en la sección de E-commerce y mensajería, lo cual me llevó a SIC Facilita donde al parecer me tengo que registrara de nuevo, voy al Portal del Consumidor, luego le doy click en 'Registrarse' y ya cuando pensaba que estaba en la última parte de ese enredo de redirecciones, llego al callejón sin salida de: "Se presento un error. Por favor intente más tarde".
Iba a eliminar mi cuenta de Rappi de una vez (que por cierto pago Pro o como se llame la mensualidad esa), pero mejor me aguanto a ver si puedo hacer otra cosa por medio de la app antes de eliminar la cuenta, ahí me tocó comerme una Pizza fría, de pollo que no me gusta y con la rabia de que no pude hacer nada al respecto.
Necesito cotizar cuánto cuesta cambiar el piso, revocar y pintar las paredes, y también (para más adelante o dependiendo de lo que cueste podría ser incluso primero) construir un segundo piso, ya hice unos arreglos al techo con la persona que me recomendaron del barrio, un "oficial" pero no me gustó lo que hizo y no sé dónde más averigüar, quisiera saber de alguna empresa donde pueda cotizar los arreglos y la construcción del segundo piso, cualquier información se agradece, gracias.

I was using the same cable for transferring some books to another Kindle, then connected this one and saw that, I disconnect and reconnected again and the message did not appear, I could transfer my books, just found it weird that the Kindle can detect that (although the cable wasn’t wet at all).
I was converting the Bible from epub to KFX on a 2021 M1 Pro MacBook, Don Quixote took almost an hour and some other books also take a lot of time, I know it's large books, small ones take seconds but that makes me wonder why that is, for instance, converting to AZW3 is almost instant.
I find myself quite often needing to do something else after I transfer books from Calibre to my Kindle, for instance going to OpenMTP but since only one app can connect to the Kindle at a time, I close Calibre, then go to OpenMTP but Calibre automatically ejected the Kindle, so I have to disconnect and connect the cable again, is there a way to disable the auto-eject when closing Calibre?
Recently upgraded from a 2014 basic Kindle to this 12g PW, upgraded it to latest firmware, and everything feels slow, books sent from Calibre don’t open (only books downloaded from Kindle Unlimited work), and all I see is errors, my old Kindle feels better than this.

I was at the step of disabling OTA updates, I moved the renameotabin folder inside extensions, used KUAL to select the option 'Rename' and it turns out I hadn't enabled Airplane mode, so it restarted and forcibly upgraded to the latest firmware, goddamn!
I own one of the discontinued Kindle devices (2012 5th Gen K4) and by reading some posts in this subreddit I realized that some people got a 20% discount code for buying a new Kindle device and I didn't so I contacted Amazon Customer Support to ask about that, they told me that I had to trade-in my old device in order to be eligible for the 20% discount, however I told the associate that I do not live in USA and could not do that, so he/she told me to buy the new Kindle and once it's delivered (which happened today to the address of a family member that lives in USA) then they would issue a 20% refund, additionally "Venus E" sent me that confirmation email that you can see in the first image.
I contacted them again today, the associate I talked to told me that he needed to escalate the case and that I would be reached back within 24 hours, he ended the chat and immediately I received the email from image 2 basically saying that they can't do that.
What bothers me is that, if getting a discount in my case wasn't possible to begin with, why would the other associate give me hope, I purchased the new Kindle thinking I would get 20% back but it was a lie.
