The amount of wasted possessions taking bad shots because they're too scared to drive at him is infuriating. Just go for it! So he blocks you, is that worse than a contested dogwater shot? Play for a foul! His first foul was called in the fourth quarter for crying out loud. Just go at him!
First I wanna just state that, no, this isn't my best game ever. Who cares, not the point.
Why the hell does the champ select report system do nothing? How is Mundo support acceptable to this system? Is Mundo with DFT good? no! Why the fuck is it allowed?
Not only did this support pick Mundo but he spent the whole game taking his laner's CS. He ended it with 231 farm for crying out loud. He's not playing as a support, how is this not inting the game?
My jungler left the game with a few minutes left. He just walks around in the fountain every now and then to make sure he doesn't get picked up. He even admitted to inting his last game during this one. Why the fuck is this acceptable?
I win my lane against Xin so comfortably and am left stranded because of two players absolutely trolling my game. I lose LP and MMR and do not understand how this is fair. What's the point in having systems to detect griefing if none of them work?
Okay. So. I have been taking ranked seriously for like three months now. I am gold. Not the best, but is what it is. Anyway.
I played this game this morning. Immediately, my support picks Mundo. I report for griefing, because this is a stupid pick. The system does nothing. Okay, fine. Let's play it out. But then my support decides he's going to CS like a laner. So he's taking my ADC's farm. He ends the game with 231 CS as A SUPPORT. So, like, okay. You'd think that's reportable, right? Maybe the game would detect inting and end the game based on this, new feature I've heard about. Well, nope. He spends the whole second half of the game split pushing, not joining fights, simply just CSing the whole way. In multiple occasions he watches fights happen from a bush and doesn't join.
So all of this is to say I don't understand why the game doesn't detect this as a problem. But let's add to the fact that my jungler goes afk and in the last five minutes he's not playing. He simply moves around every minute or so in the fountain so he doesn't get the afk penalty. And yet the game does nothing about that either.
So I lose LP. More importantly my MMR drops, and I have to suffer because other people on my team refuse to play the game properly, and my experience is ruined. Why do the systems not work in lower ELO? Why is Mundo support (with level 4 mastery btw) not an instant game termination? Why is the support stealing all the CS not an instant game termination?
Admittedly I haven't played a huge amount of Voli but he supposedly works well into champs I don't like so I'm trying to play him more. But whenever I build Dusk and Dawn I feel so insanely squishy and get beaten down hard. So I try going Trinity Force and, as I say maybe it's placebo, but I feel less squishy. Then I go Shojin and some armour and it feels way better to me than DnD.
Is there any discernible reason why you shouldn't be going Tri Force/AD? I know his kit got changed so he scales with AD more so I'm wondering why it's not a build path people try much is all. I get DnD has an additional heal now... idk. Like I say. I think it's placebo effect.
