There is a part of me that wants to go to therapy, and a larger part that thinks it is the most useless thing in the world. I cannot connect with any therapist I see. I feel like I need to act around a majority of the ones ive seen, and online therapy wouldnt do anything for me as I am already a very isolated person and value talking face to face :O I cannot get comfortable enough with a therapist to dig into deeper issues and truly open up because I feel like I will be shoved in a hospital if I opened my mouth.( I also think the fear of judgement gets to me but I can recognize thats stupid) but there is also a part of me that knows I need someone to truly vent to. Another issue I have with it is I have nothing to say. I have a lot of feelings with very little words to express how I feel. Idk wat kind of therapy would be best if I were to look for it, idk so many things. Do u think it is worth it or should I just try my best to make Journaling enough :O oh I also feel stupid for wanting help in the first place but I can recognize thats also stupid :P

Hai ! I have like no irl friends which means I rarely leave the house :O sometimes I just need to walk, but i hate walking without a purpouse. When I feel like this i usually go to the grocery store or wander around a mall but Id wanna explore more interesting ideas and thought id ask :3
