Please help

i was having a deviated septum which was on right side so the inferior turbinate of left side was swollen and hypertrophied so its been a month i undergone septoplasty but my left side where the turbinate was hypertrophied feels too clogged like 90% i am on flonase now but i am worried if i have to undergo turbinate reduction if it would not shrink over time
