My Non Toxic Combo!

LAUNDRY - Attitude Nature+ - completely clean.

DEODORANT (ANTIPERSPIRANT) - Make Waves - they do use petrolatum in it, but I’ve had a conversation with the owners and it’s properly purified and risk free.

DEODORANT - Fussy (certain fragrances without Benzyl Salicylate)

CLEANING SPRAY - Koh which is brilliant and leaves no watermarks

ANTI BAC SPRAY - Miniml - Does have Polysorbate 20 but at very low levels and is rinse away

TOILET CLEANER - Miniml - Again Polysorbate 20 but no concern as never in contact.

SOAP (BODY) - Certain GRUUM soaps are completely clean

SOAP (HAND) - Faith in Nature Fragrance Free

DISHWASHER TABLETS - The Green Co - do contain PEG 6000 but that’s a very diluted form and after conversation with the company has been shown to completely rinse away and leave no residue.

These are the cleanest products I have found in each category - even with no ethoxylated compounds, which is surprisingly hard to do.

So are the Michelin good in wet or not 😅

Of course on the tire reviews website the Crossclimate 2 is pretty consistently low or at the bottom in aquaplaning performance…..yet the TUV test in 2024 shows that it actually beats the others, even the SF3 which is apparently the king….and remember that the CC3 is objectively better in the wet?! And this is in 7mm of standing water as well!

Crossclimate 3 in the wet?

From reading tests it clearly isn’t the best premium all season in the wet, but realistically it only aquaplanes 3.5mph sooner than the best which at motorway speeds for example is negligible….does anyone that has them have anything to say about their wet weather performance in the real world outside of charts and tests? ☺️

Comfort and all season!

Hi gang, I was really set on my next tires being the Crossclimate 3 due to their apparent comfort even though I’m in the UK and they’re not the strongest in the wet (I do travel to snowy places). However now that I’m hearing all about the Vector All Season 4 and how it’s pretty much brilliant at everything…..can anyone comment on its comfort? I drive an old Volvo and like it to feel like one 😅

How rare are these now?

Volvo 240gl DIESEL spotted in the South of France - I know these weren’t very popular to begin with and I imagine are quite hard to come by now?

Second opinions pls

I think I’ve finally narrowed down my choices. I do most of my year driving in England but do make trips to Scotland in the snow and also France in the snow. The Toyo is far more comfortable from reviews (and I do crave comfort) but the Falken has better ratings. The Toyo I can get a set for £324, the Falken for £400. Which would you buy if you were me?

Feeding out of burrow!

Managed to catch my Forest out and about, got the lid off and managed to feed a locust without them running away 😳
