rash that doctor could not diagnose

please help i am a broke backpacker in ireland and am very confused!!
duration: 3 weeks - began 2 days after i arrived in ireland from australia
location: torso (chest, stomach, back, armpits, upper legs and arms).
timeline: spots first appeared on chest and seem to have spread outwards. covering areas in order listed above. spots start small (1ml) and grow to 3cm diameter max. they then flake away from the inside out. spots take almost 3 weeks to disappear and leave shinny patch behind).
symptoms: no itch, pain, burning, pus or bleeding. they are not uncomfortable.
treatments tried: changing soap/detergent, steroid/antifungal (1% w/w + 1% w/w clotrimazole/hydrocortisone), antihistamine (loratadine 10mg)
relevant background: on holiday in ireland from australia, no known skin sensitivity or conditions. have spent lots of time around a friend who has no symptoms, doctor was unsure.
any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated 🙏🙏🙏

Wide Hiking Boots Recommendations

Hi everyone,
I've just spent the whole of today going between Anaconda, Kathmandu and MacPac on the hunt for hiking boots that I can wear for a year long backpacking trip around Europe and Asia. Preferably they need to be waterproof, simple neutral colours and budget friendly. The sizes were varying between brands but I was generally fitting a 9.5 US women's or 8.5 men's. I tried many Merrels, Keen, Colombia, HiTec and even the ones branded as wide still felt too narrow. If anyone has any recommendations for wider-fit hiking boots that I can try on in Australia, that would be amazing.

Need a bra recommendation for small boobs that is more for covering nipples than overall support.

Hi everyone, I would love to know if people have reccs for a bra that is comfy and super duper light. I have super small boobs and generally only wear a bra to cover nipples that stick out. I have been wearing the same ones from target since like 2019 and need an upgrade. However, all the ones at kmart/target have too much fabric and i want it to be as small as possible because im always overheating. The ones that seem good always don't have padding or have that padding that is always sliding around and hard to put back in place. any reccs would be greatly appreciated !!!!!!
