As someone that hates base decorating these actually felt like the grasses actually matched but still never found a basing that I actually liked. I got a box of the Saurus Warriors built them with spears just looking for anything I could do better. These mini's of the month I started as red to orange and then really didn't like the look and changed to greens which I liked better.

Did this to try a few ideas. Not all worked out.

Took me 6 months but I finally got him painted. (Wish they would make a squad).

These were fun to paint but got painting paralysis after the wings were done. The bases are about 2x's too big so easily considered cheating.

Painted up some Princess Donuts riding Mongos for the people that introduced me to the books. Tried a bunch of new to me techniques (sponge blending, some molotow chome and some alcohol inks with lahmian medium).
