Hello, I was wondering if gastric sleeve could help helpful for me, and if anyone had advice for me. I am currently 340 and on wegovy. Full disclosure even with the the medication I am having a hard time losing weight, partially it is my fault for sure, but I just have such a big appetite, even if I start working harder and lose weight and get to my goal, what then? Going off of wegovy which I eventually will need to do, and allow my full appetite to return and what do I do then, just constantly be hungry, I don’t know if I’m strong enough, I have mental health issues and often lean on food as a crutch, I’m scared I will just fail. Anyways Thank you :)
