Tactile Telekinesis is one of Superboy’s powers which is essentially just an invisible telekinetic force field around his body he can use to control things he touches. He uses this to pretend he has other superpowers like flight and super strength.

We’ve seen Henry can basically fly or at least jump really far with his forcefield so if he keeps training he could do the same things Superboy could
