I had an offer on my house. Buyer wrote me a letter how much they loved the house. There was a condition on home inspection to to buy my house. We went back and and forth and she got cold feet nagging on little things.
If this actually went through and she got cold feet could the potential buyer nag on a good home inspection to get out of the deal?
