Do I have a problem?

I'm taking more and more IBS meds, 1 dicyloverine in the morning,In the afternoon I was always two times dicyloverine, now I'm taking peppermint oil capsule on top of, and today I took 1/4 buscopan as well as those. Mainly because I keep getting pain and cramping from a shower. It's affecting the effect of lorazepam and I keep getting loose stool but not a lot of stool. Abdomen quite bloated

UTI disappeared ??

5 days ago I had a positive you in dipstick as I had for about over a month and I'd also had some new incentoff to be analyzed which came back positive. In the last few days I've had virtually No water and increase in caffeine now my dipsticks are showing negative. Must be a false negative surely? How could that happen isn't caffeine meant to make a UTI worse?

Shower and abdominal pain

I've always found a shower really useful for reducing my stress level until a few weeks ago I started getting abdominal pain we're moving around him shower for a period of time. I'm not sure if I'm overfocusing on it but every time I have a long one it seems to cause abdominal pain. My psychologist says I should try saying 20 time I'm not going to get cramps before going in, but it's not helping. I've been taking extra ibs medication before going in one to counteract it but it's not really helping. I do have a uti do you think it could be a mental thing or something else?
