First box of the week
This one was quick. Didn’t separate the bicentennials this time or pull the marked ones, so no markup porn this box. Silver ender was a good omen, 1 x 40% and 2 x 90%. Another box tomorrow.

Have I been looking too much this afternoon? This can’t be a small date can it, weighs 3.1g.
Only 2 boxes this week. First was a good one. Silver, spots filled in book and the usual marked ones for your perusal.
1 x 40% more spots filled and more marked coins. This box was from Brinks, I usually get Loomis boxes, it’s funny to see a few marks that I know in a different repositories boxes. More boxes next week.
One more box to come tomorrow. This is today’s results. 2x90% 3x40%, some spots filled in the books and once again more marked up ones for you.
No value lost? I’m just curious about the AGE really, it is unc. The bar I’m pretty sure is no loss if cracked out.
Do people do this? Most of the coins I am in need of, across all denominations, are D mint mark. I live in Boston, so I have a cornucopia of P mint marks.
Do people swap boxes from coast to coast? Like I would go get box of nickels and send them to someone in Cali. and they would get one from that side and send it to me. That box should be D heavy, and God knows I need me some D - mint marks.
I imagine that those on the West Coast have a glut of D's and need more P.
We can help each other out, you give me the D, and I'll get you some P.
All these proofs in the same roll, and 2 more rolls of almost BU random presidents.
Huge thanks to u/muddawgcollects, could not be happier!
r/counterstampkarl comes through with the goods 100% of the time, 100% of the time! Penny was a bonus, thanks again!
Thank you Karl 😁
This is awesome. Needed that ‘53 penny as well! Legend!! Now to ‘Enhance’ my local coinstar with a sticker!
Is there a Reddit you coin guys use to sell and buy coins? Modern coins, not ancients, but I will need one of them soon too.
I am looking to have a simple silver ring commissioned.
I am uncertain how to proceed.
I am not sure if I should ask here or try to find a local silversmith - there may be a local one here :)
I want this as a ring my wife will wear instead of her wedding set, she works in a bakery and her diamond set is not allowed, she wears a silver silicon band now.
I want to supply the silver - I am a stacker and want to make it from silver from my own stack. From what I understand a ring will take between 6 and 8 grams. I can supply a full 1 ozt 9999 Maple or an appropriate amount of 1g 999 mint rounds. I feel most want to use Sterling and will baulk at me supplying the silver, but this is my one condition, I supply the silver.
I am in Boston and would love to have someone local if there is anyone on here or if you are aware of anyone you could recommend.
What is the change from 90% silver to clad announced prior to it happening? Because I could see a lot of people hoarding coins from 1964 and earlier as soon as they found out that they were being discontinued
