How does the quota and compensation work at Deel as an SDR. How often are you paid out lets say if you consistently hit 100%? If any Deel employees could help me out with an answer here I'd greatly appreciate it!!

I just finished chapter 21.... I can't tell if I know what's going on or if I'm completely lost. I have been enjoying this series a lot and I'm pushing to get to book 3 because everyone tells me that is where it really gets good. Is the man he was talking to the Autarch? I feel like when he is told he must "take" his life, it means he must become the Autarch in some way? Eat a part of him when he dies so he can continue some myth/legacy of the autarch? (I have this idea because he says he remembers everything, but seems to constantly forget things. Does he mean everything from the first autarch, from the very beginning? is that how they continue to pass the knowledge down to every upcoming autarch?) Is he going to become some sort of "god" and this book of the new suns is some version of their Urths Bible? Don't actually answer those please but the more I read, the more questions I have. I can not wait to keep reading and see how this plays out but I feel like I am missing so many important details!!!!

Been trying to get into this company for a year, failed an interview last year. Kept at it, worked hard got another interview about a month ago. Had 4 interviews, passed all 4. Start date is coming up, just signed my agreement. I was working a very underpaid sdr job and restaurant night shifts just to get by, get practice in and be able to work remotely and now my wife and I can finally look to start our family.

Anyone recently get hired at deel or has been at Deel for a while? I have some post interview process questions.

Says “In Process” on CRA website, called them and they said “they’re working on it”. Anyone else still waiting ? All I know is if it was the other way around they’d be calling me 400x a day and knocking on my door.

I finished the malazan main 10, and I read Shadow of the torturer.... I love both so much and I cant decide if I should move on to all the malazan side novels, or finish BOTNS first and then indulge in the malazan. If anyone has read all of both what would your recommendation be?
