Wanted to address something regarding the death threats sent to Danny Koo and the hate towards Luna

Just wanted to point out something that’s been bothering me personally.

As someone who dislikes Luna, I’m getting really annoyed at being associated with those toxic assholes who send death threats and harass actual human beings over a fictional character.

These people are always going to exist. And this isn’t even something new. I’m willing to bet that one of your favorite TV shows, movies, or games has had an actor or creator get harassed or sent death threats because people couldn’t separate fiction from reality.

My best example and there are loads of them is Peter Blomquist, the actor who played Micah Bell in Red Dead Redemption 2. He played the character incredibly well, but because people hated Micah so much, he ended up receiving death threats himself.
And that’s the fucking point. A lot of awful human being who threaten people over fiction exits unfortunately.

You can absolutely hate a fictional character. You can think Luna is annoying, badly written, overused, whatever. I certainly do.you can even criticize the favoritism because of Danny or whatever connections he has .But none of that means you threaten/harass the actual people behind the character.

So please don’t lump Luna haters and these toxic assholes into the same group.
There are plenty of us who genuinely hate/dislike Luna but would never extend that hatred toward the players, developers, voice actors, creators, or any other actual person.

Hate the fictional character all you want. Just don’t be a fucking psychopath about it.

Questions about Luna's current status in Marvel Rivals

After all the nerfs Luna has suffered, not just this one in season 10, but all the nerfs they've given her, and practically all the things I'm sure they'll keep doing, why does everyone insist that Luna is fine and still good? I genuinely don't understand. Everyone has told me the same thing, but I feel Luna getting weaker and weaker, and every time a Diver comes along, I can't defend myself and I can't do anything; they inevitably kill me without me being able to do anything about it. I'm really asking because I truly don't understand why everyone insists that Luna is still good despite all the nerfs they've given her. I need answers with as many details as possible, please.

Not sure if everyone is aware of this . But rocket’s nuts reduce deadpool’s ult cooldown

because Deadpool’s ult is considered an ability with a cooldown. Rocket’s nuts help in reducing the cooldown.

So for Deadpool players , focus on these nuts
For rocket players , nut on Deadpool it will help them do their ninja ult more .

Not a big thing but thought why not share it.

I hate having Spider-Man on my team 95% of the time

I genuinely don’t know why, but I always roll my eyes whenever I see a Spider-Man on my team.
It doesn’t matter if they’re Lord,Champion, whatever. They’re all the same.
Get countered? No swap.

I know some people say this applies to dive mains in general, but personally, I see it the MOST with Spider-Man players. I’m almost convinced that whenever they select the character, they’re unaware that the swap button exists.they have an agenda i am sure, i just can’t prove it .

And look, I understand not swapping in Quick Play. You wanna play whoever you want? Go for it. You have nothing to lose, so whatever.

But being the ONLY negative player in a comp game because you refuse to swap while the enemy team is running an entire anti-dive comp?
Come on.

And don’t even get me started on the “I’m distracting the enemy team” argument.
At most, you’re an annoying flying mosquito that they kill and move on

And somehow, half the eliminations these Spider-Man players have on the scoreboard are just them pressing their ult, getting a bunch of free kills, and then immediately going back to swinging around mindlessly while getting absolutely shredded by Namor squids.

I literally just had a game where the enemy team was running Magneto – The Thing – Namor – Bucky – Gambit – CnD
Our Spider-Man was going through a full humiliation ritual the entire game.
Getting countered from every possible direction.
Dying over and over.
Doing absolutely nothing.
And still. Refused. To. Swap.
Like bro…
WHO EXACTLY ARE YOU DIVING IN THAT COMP???
😭

Oh and won’t forget of course to mention they spam need healing while they are in Narnia

I’m a console player and the game is starting to feel like a dive simulator

Call it a skill issue or whatever, and I’m genuinely open to getting better. I’ve tried the advice people give for dealing with dive, and I understand that there are ways to play around it.

But honestly? It just isn’t fun for me.
For some context, I’ve been playing a lot more QP lately because my duo is a lower rank, so we can’t really play comp together. Maybe that’s part of the problem, but almost every game feels like there are at least 2–3 high-mobility dive characters running around.

And playing against it is just miserable for me.
Even when I’m actively trying to counter it, I feel like I’m constantly checking over my shoulder, watching for someone jumping onto the backline, and babysitting the supports against extremely mobile targets.
And yes, I know console players can improve their aim. I’m not saying console players are incapable of hitting divers. But let’s be realistic: the average console player is not going to have the same mechanical precision and tracking ability as the average PC player, especially when trying to follow extremely fast and unpredictable targets.

That’s what makes the current experience feel so exhausting.
If I’m playing tank or DPS, it feels like a huge portion of my attention is spent making sure our supports don’t get instantly deleted.
If I’m playing support, I feel like I’m just left for dead anyway.

And I know the response is going to be “play X hero,” “peel better,” “position differently,” etc. And sure, those things help. I’m not arguing that dive is impossible to counter.

My problem is that having to constantly play around dive doesn’t feel enjoyable to me, even when I’m doing the things I’m supposed to do to counter it.
I don’t want dive removed from the game or anything. I just wish there was a better balance between having high-mobility heroes and making every match feel like I need to constantly check behind me for someone flying into the backline.
Maybe it really is a skill issue. Maybe I’ll eventually get better at dealing with it.
But right now, on console, the game genuinely feels like a dive simulator and it’s making QP incredibly unfun for me.

I don’t like to compare games but in overwatch i never had this complaint. (I still love both games )

Just finished Spider-Man 2 for the first time — my very opinion-based review

So, the first Spider-Man game is probably, in my opinion, the best superhero game ever made, and actually one of my all-time favorite games in general.
I got a PS5 pretty late for personal reasons, and when I saw Spider-Man 2 was on sale, it was a no-brainer for me. I automatically thought this game was going to be peak, just like the first one. Because how could they mess it up? Insomniac obviously knew what they were doing.

Well… after finally finishing it, I have some thoughts.
The gameplay
I’m gonna be honest: most of the things I liked about this game were already there in the first one.
Obviously, the web swinging is peak. It’s probably the best part of the game for me. Listening to music or podcasts while swinging around the city has become something I do pretty frequently after a long day at work. It’s genuinely relaxing.

As for the combat, I personally liked it. I don’t have much to say about it. I know the gadget system is somewhat disliked by fans, but personally, I don’t mind it that much.

The story
This is easily my biggest problem with the game.
I loved Kraven. Venom’s design was cool as hell. There are definitely things about the story that I enjoyed.

But overall, I just didn’t like the story nearly as much as the first game.
And honestly, one of my biggest problems is how much the game interrupts the actual Spider-Man gameplay.
Some of the more unique missions are cool the first time around. Things like the basketball section, the walking sections, the MJ missions, etc. can be interesting as a first-time experience because they’re different.(but i still hated MJ missions sorry)
But when you replay the game, you really start to see how much they interrupt the actual Spider-Man gameplay.
I’m playing a Spider-Man game because I want to play as Spider-Man.
If some people enjoy those sections, that’s completely fair. I personally found some of them cool on the first playthrough, but I don’t think they’re particularly fun when replaying the game.

And the side missions…
They’re honestly terrible, ngl.
I didn’t find most of them fun, and I don’t think many of them added enough to justify how much time they take. Trying to complete everything for 100% was genuinely torture.(howard mission was the one i liked and impacted me )

Peter Parker
This is probably my not so controversial complaint as others have mentioned.
I feel like Peter was nerfed way too hard.
And before anyone says it: I don’t mind Spider-Man getting beaten up.
Actually, I think that’s an important part of what makes Spider-Man such a great character. He gets knocked down, gets hurt, struggles, and then gets back up.
That’s Spider-Man.
I don’t even mind having moments where Peter genuinely needs someone else’s help. That’s completely fine.
My problem is how frequently he gets actually defeated, rather than simply beaten up or struggling, and then someone else has to come and save him.
There’s a difference between:
> “Peter is getting his ass kicked but he’s still fighting.”
and
> “Peter is completely helpless, someone else needs to save him.”
And I felt like the game leaned way too heavily toward the second one.
It made Peter feel much less capable than he should.
And I’m not even going to talk about the fridge scene

Overall
I don’t think Spider-Man 2 is a bad game.
Not even close.
It’s a good game with some genuinely incredible gameplay, amazing traversal, great visuals, and some really cool moments.
But I went into it expecting it to be better than the first game in basically every way, and I honestly don’t think it is.
The first Spider-Man game had a much stronger story, better pacing, and, in my opinion, a much better balance between being a Spider-Man game and telling its story.
Spider-Man 2 improved some things massively, especially traversal, but at the same time it introduced a lot of things that made the overall experience less enjoyable for me.
Maybe my expectations were simply too high because I absolutely loved the first game.
But after finally playing Spider-Man 2 for myself, I think I prefer the first game by a pretty significant margin.

TL;DR
Spider-Man 2 is a good game, but I personally prefer the first one by a lot.
Web swinging = peak
Combat = good
Kraven = great
Venom = cool design, mixed feelings about the story
Side missions = 🗑️
Random non-Spider-Man gameplay sections = cool once, annoying on replay
Peter = please let this man fight for himself 😭
Story/pacing = my biggest issue
Overall: I enjoyed it, but I expected much more after how incredible the first game was.

Sorry but i just saw the worst take on supports in general

This is wrong in both games imo. They basically want to heal bot and shut their brain off. (That’s what i gathered at least)
