Switch 2 - Mario Kart World bundle - Transfer

I have MKW and when I bought the console the bundle was the same price as the console only so I bought the bundle. I figured I could give a friend the code but it doesn't have a code. I logged into my console now and it shows up as the first slot in the home screen. All my friends in the immediate area also bought the MKW bundle so I can't give it to them via NFC or whatever.

I have a friend who just got a Switch 2 and didn't get MKW. Is it possible that he could log into my Switch 2, claim MKW to his account and then be able to download and play it on his Switch 2?

Tactical RPG Suggestions

I really like franchises like Fire Emblem and Disgaea. I've played a few other tactical RPGs that I've liked as well. I would say that I prefer story over mechanics but if the mechanics are exceptional I don't mind if the story is lacking. A good story and good character customization/development would be ideal.

I'm looking for advice on which game to play next. I have my eyes on the remake of Final Fantasy Tactics and Tactics Ogre. I haven't played either of the original games (I like Final Fantasy but never played Tactics). I've also played the first Banner Saga game and liked that as well.

In my household I have all three consoles and a gaming PC but my PS/XB are pretty much taken over by the kids so I'd be looking to play probably on PC but if not available on PC then Switch 2. I'm not aware of any tactical RPGs that are exclusive to PS/XB but it would still be an option if they exist.

I am getting ready to assemble my first Meshtastic node and wanted to make sure I get the wiring right before I instead just make a lithium pocket bomb.

For the case I chose this 3D print: https://makerworld.com/en/models/1202032-heltec-v3-2x-18650-bat-enclosure#profileId-1215165

I have the Heltec v3 unit, I have two 18650 lithium batteries and all of that seems to fit in the case just fine. I also have this lithium protection board that came as a 10-pack. The batteries are 3.7V which is in the range of the Heltec v3 input voltage so I want to wire in the batteries in parallel. So I was wondering do I need to use 1 or 2 of the protection boards? The boards are much smaller than the batteries themselves. Should I be soldering a wire directly to the battery or should I find some sort of spring clip that I can fit inside the case that I can solder the wire to? The slide switch seems pretty self explanatory.

Okay, so I read all the books and loved them. Read all the short stories. Started reading the books through the second time and just finished Leviathan Wakes again.

In the mean time I started watching the show. There's a lot that is different. My gut instinct is that the books are better but when I think about the differences a lot of them make sense given the restraints in turning a 500-600 page book into a 10-12 episode series.

>!But I just watched Season 5 Episode 5 where Amos and Peaches are leaving the pit and Tiny starts killing all the guards and after getting shot and barely noticing it, Amos kicks him in the nuts and suplexes him into an elevator shaft where Tiny smashes into the side of it before falling into oblivion. Amazing. I had to stop and watch that scene 3 more times before continuing with the rest of the episode. Reminded me of "This. Is. Sparta." from 300. Nothing close to that could be replicated in a book.!<

My Heltec v3 arrived in the mail and I'm ready to get started with my first Meshtastic node. I am running Arch Linux and have the latest version of Chrome installed. I hold down the PRG button when I connect it to my PC. It has a dark screen and a slow flashing amber LED.

Running 'lsusb' I can see it finds: Silicon Labs CP210x UART Bridge

Running 'ls /dev/' i can see it show up as: ttyUSB0

When I go to flasher.meshtastic.org I see the auto-detect button and click it and a list of tty ports opens up and the bottom one says "CP2102 USB to UART Bridge Controller (ttyUSB0) - Paired"

When I select the ttyUSB0 then I get the error "Device Unresponsive - The device is not responding. Please ensure it is properly connected and not in DFU mode. If the problem persists, reload the page."

Reloading the page doesn't fix it. I also made sure that the dfu-util package was installed and up to date. I've unplugged and replugged in the Heltec unit and rebooted the PC but still the error continues.

Does anyone know what I'm missing?

EDIT: I wanted to be sure so I tried different cables. I have another cable where the amber LED still blinks but it doesn't show up in 'lsusb' nor does ttyUSB0 show up in 'ls /dev/' so I think this is a charging cable only where as the original one should be good for data.

More EDIT: I'm not sure what the issue was with using the browser. I checked to make sure USB connection permissions were enabled but it still didn't work. I followed the directions https://meshtastic.org/docs/getting-started/flashing-firmware/esp32/cli-script/ for flashing in the command line using esptool and that seemed to work. Up and running and able to connect to the app on my phone.

I just finished reading The Expanese and I want more of something like that. I know there's the Telltale game, I own it but I don't think it's the game I'm looking for. I also know of the Owlcat game coming which I am excited about but also don't think it's the game I'm looking for.

I really want a game where I can feel like Holden of the Rocinante. A spaceship crew managment game. I don't care if I can't leave the ship and am pretty uninterested in any kind of basebuilding outside the ship. I am VERY interested in ship customization. But the kind of game play loop i'm pretty much looking for is start with a small ship and minimal crew and through trading, mining, pirating, questing, etc gain money to increase the size of my ship and crew and repeat.

Games I've tried are Oolite/Elite Dangerous which I love but want more of a crew comradery thing, even if it's random procedural generated NPC crew i want to get comfortable with them on the ship. Endless Sky and Starfield are two other games I love and for both of them I'd say the ship customization is awesome but the crew aspect is lacking. Endless Sky crew is just a number and Starfield they mostly bother you with stuff rather than anything else.

The best I can think of for what I'm looking for crew wise is FTL. They do their jobs and if the playthrough lasted long enough I feel i could get to like them but usually my ship blows up before that's the case.

So are there any Space Trading and Combat games that have good ship customization and also have a crew like FTL? I wouldn't even mind if the combat aspect was lacking.

P.S. I have tried Star Traders: Frontiers and I haven't really been able to get into it because there's a lot of reading and you start with like a crew of 25 people. But if that actually is the best option then I would be willing to try it again.

P.S.S also want to highlight that I like Oolite, so graphics are not a priority for me.
