Building an AI automation Agency — here’s what we’re actually building
Hi everyone,

I’m building Novra, a small AI automation Agency .

I thought I’d share what we actually build.

Right now, most of our work falls into four areas:
1. Custom CRMs
Not another generic CRM with 50 features nobody uses.
We build around the way a business already operates — their data, workflows, team and processes.

2. AI lead automation
Website/WhatsApp/chat agents that can handle incoming leads, ask qualifying questions, collect information and push everything into the CRM automatically.
The goal is to remove the “someone has to manually copy this lead into a spreadsheet” problem.

3. Automated follow-ups
A lot of businesses don’t necessarily have a lead problem. They have a follow-up problem.
So we automate reminders, follow-ups and status updates so potential customers don’t get forgotten.

4. Custom workflow automation
If someone is spending hours every week doing the same repetitive process, we look at whether it can be automated.

Our rule is pretty simple:
If an automation doesn’t save meaningful time or help generate more revenue, we don’t build it.

We’re still relatively small and figuring things out as we go.

If you’re curious about what we’re building: novra.co.in

Thank you

Built a Chrome extension that lets you edit Google Docs with plain English

Hi everyone!

I have built Docs AI, a Chrome extension that helps you format and edit Google Docs using plain-English prompts.

Instead of manually changing fonts, alignment, headings, and spacing, you can simply describe what you want to change.

What it can do:

  • Format text and headings (e.g., "Make all headings bold and blue.")
  • Clean up document formatting (e.g., "Fix spacing and make the body text 12pt.")
  • Edit documents using natural language instead of navigating formatting menus.
  • Insert pasted images exactly where you want them in your document.

The extension is now Google Verified and available on the Chrome Web Store.

Chrome Web Store:
https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/docs-ai/deifggifpfimijoimlmaebagdoegmkod

I'd really appreciate any feedback, feature suggestions, or bug reports. Your reviews and comments will help me improve Docs AI.

Thanks for taking the time to check it out!

Docs AI — format Google Docs with natural-language commands

Hi,everyone
I built Docs AI, a Chrome extension that helps you format and edit Google Docs using plain-English prompts.

Instead of manually changing fonts, alignment, headings, and spacing, you can ask Docs AI what you want to change.

What it can do

  • Format text and headings Example: “Make all headings bold and blue.”
  • Clean up document layout Example: “Make body text 12pt and fix spacing.”
  • Edit using natural language Describe the change you want instead of searching through formatting menus.
  • Insert pasted images Copy an image, then ask: “Put this image below the introduction

The extension is fully functional and live in the Chrome Web Store! However, my OAuth verification is currently pending review by Google Trust & Safety.
The extension is currently in an early-access phase.

Chrome Web Store:

Your reviews are incredibly important to me. Please let me know what you think of it, and I'm open to all suggestions on what features I should add next!
