It's still very early — currently around 55 installs and 18 weekly users — but people are actually using it, so I've kept building and improving it.

For example:

The latest update added something I found more interesting than simple commands: document-wide formatting checks.

You can say:

It scans the document and can identify things like:

Different fonts being used throughout the document
Inconsistent heading sizes
Mixed body-text sizes
Skipped heading levels
Excessive blank lines

It can then fix the formatting issues it knows how to fix, while leaving structural decisions like changing heading levels to the user.

I also added figure/table renumbering.

For example, if you insert a figure in the middle of a long document, the extension can renumber the captions and update references in the text such as "as shown in Figure 3."

Still working on improving it and figuring out which features are actually useful rather than just technically interesting.

It's currently free.

Hi everyone,

I’m building Novra, a small AI automation Agency .

I thought I’d share what we actually build.

Right now, most of our work falls into four areas:
1. Custom CRMs
Not another generic CRM with 50 features nobody uses.
We build around the way a business already operates — their data, workflows, team and processes.

2. AI lead automation
Website/WhatsApp/chat agents that can handle incoming leads, ask qualifying questions, collect information and push everything into the CRM automatically.
The goal is to remove the “someone has to manually copy this lead into a spreadsheet” problem.

3. Automated follow-ups
A lot of businesses don’t necessarily have a lead problem. They have a follow-up problem.
So we automate reminders, follow-ups and status updates so potential customers don’t get forgotten.

4. Custom workflow automation
If someone is spending hours every week doing the same repetitive process, we look at whether it can be automated.

Our rule is pretty simple:
If an automation doesn’t save meaningful time or help generate more revenue, we don’t build it.

We’re still relatively small and figuring things out as we go.
