I’ve been a server for a few years. Today was pretty busy all at once and I accidentally rung all of one tables mains under another table.

I gave them the bill without checking it and when I brought them the machine they had also checked the bill and were completely fine. Didn’t say anything. By the time I realized they were already gone and paid.

I told my manager and he wasn’t happy but said they would try to contact those guys or wait till they called us to sort it out and it would be ok but I’m so scared. I’ve never messed up this bad. I won’t find out what we are doing about the situation for a few days when I work next.

Im so embarrassed.

I need an easy class from Tier 2 Cluster 2 to boost my gpa, please recommend any classes and profs! Or if you have any other classes that are good gpa boosters I’d love to hear those too!

I’m from Alberta, Canada looking into being an au pair in Italy for 6-7 months starting February 2027. I’m looking into applying for a work visa since a student visa requires me to take language courses.

I’m going through an agency but I’m trying to do some research myself too. Could anyone tell me what downside there would be by going through a work visa and not a student one?

My agency originally recommended a student visa but I don’t have the money for months of Italian lessons so I’m curious to know why that would be their first option.

I enrolled in a class and paid for it for spring semester but decided I want to do it during the fall instead. I unenrolled, does anyone know if I get a refund to certain account for the money I spent?
