Court House and Reception

Hi everyone! I’m considering doing a court house or City Hall wedding ceremony to save money. I would still like to have some sort of reception or celebration after with food and dancing (not just an “intimate dinner”). Has anyone done this? Curious about:
- Timeline: Separate or same day? Same weekend?
- Venues: Affordable spots in Philly area for 50-100 people? Could I say the “reception” is just a party to save money?
- Any other tips! I want to save money but still want to dance and celebrate with friends and family

Jelly Roll botox?

Hi bitches! When I smile I get puffy under eyes and deep smile lines. It’s my biggest insecurity and all I look at in photos of myself. I’ve been told it’s “natural” and just genetics due to having a large lower eyelid. My eyes only look like this when I smile, not relaxed. Has anyone dealt with a similar issue and gotten botox or another treatment? I’ve never had any work done and am nervous about injections near my eye. Is this fixable? Would it require lower bleph surgery? Please help!
