White dress halp?

So I picked up a white maxi dress at the thrift store. Cotton/linen blend. It fits well! But the hem hits me at the ankle and when I tried it on to go out, it comes across to me as too bridal. Not the lewk I’m going for!

I could whack a few inches off the skirt, but I thought I would see if any of y’all old hags had any better ideas.

Noisy crow bro

There’s a singleton crow who often hangs out on the roof of the building across the street from me. He makes a big racket!

I realized that they have a dish on the roof and he stands there screaming directly into it to amplify his voice! 🐦‍⬛

Sorry I don’t have a pic but I had to share his cleverness.

He seems fairly young. I hope he gets some crow friends!

I’m stuck

I’m doing cat introductions so I’m alternating spending time with two cats in two different rooms. I was hanging out with New Cat who was napping in her catcave.

I started gathering up my stuff to move into the other room when she came over and slouched on my foot. Obviously on purpose!

All you have to do is drop in. They will even give you a free collar tag! They’re over by Rail City. And they will reunite you with your lost dog!

My cat doesn’t even go outside but he has his chip.

If you find a lost critter, vets and petsmart will scan for a chip for free. It’s the best way to ensure that you will be reunited with your missing critter, or be able to return one you found to their home.

Did I mention that it’s free?
